Confused: why did mona stop karan-hetal?

so i just remembered that when mona first found out about karan and hetal going away she was very happy. And she told anu that hetal does not want to give her baby away and if they go far then she wont have to worry about it and sweety will also understand. She also promised karan that she would make sure everybody agrees to letting them go because that is what he wants and etc.. even then if karan had gone the family would be alone and satnam would have to care for the business alone then how come during those times mona never mentioned about the family missing them..And since everybody is saying that karan-hetal way of leaving is wrong then why didnt mona instead of stopping them try to solve the problems and make everybody talk and then let them go happily...how come all of a sudden mona forgot her promise to karan and her reasoning (baby issue) for wanting karan-hetal go. that time she made the assumption that hetal also wants to go this time hetal told her that she wants to go but mona did not care...when vimmy, daarji and everybody told her to stop them how come she didnt explain to them that it is best if they go for a while and they would come back...It makes no sense that suddenly mona changed..instead of stopping karan why didnt mona use that time and energy in making parmeet and karan stop their fight...mona is not evil she is just immature so she would never make hetal suffer by staying here and giving her baby away just to make her family happy...cvs ruined mona's character for me with this inconsistency and i am soo mad at them for that...

That was before the big fight between Permeet and Karan. Plus Daarji health crisis. Mona changed her opinion and realized that Karan leaving was bad. She even told him that she is not against him leaving just the way he left. She doesn't want her family to fall apart.

Mona is really to do anything for her family. It is not hard to imagine her trying to stop Karan for the sake of her family.

It is just hard to imagine that mona would only think of her family and not the baby issue. Plus the family would of course fall apart even if they left before.
