All love stories do not have a happy Ending
The college was filled up with love and flowers on the Valentine's day.Nandini gave flowers to Dev.Dev gave her a beautuful ring.Geet who is Nandini's friend watched it with a smile.
Nandini showed her the ring she got.She seemed to be very excited.
"Geet...you must fall in love.That's all a beautiful experience".
Geet replied with a smile.
"I know that".
"How do you know that?"
"Because i'm in love".
Nandini was shocked.
"I'm your friend and i did'nt know that you are in love?My God!I'm just lost".
Geet giggles.
"Tell me.Who is he?"
"It's not like you think.He is my childhood friend.After reaching high school i realized that i have a huge crush on him.It turned out to be love later".
Nandini smiles hearing her love story.
"Wow!Wonderful love story.What is his name?"
"Maan!"Geet uttered his name with a sweet smile.
Suddenly her smile disappeared.
"But Nandini...he does'nt know that i love him.It's just a one way love".
Nandini got a shock.
"What?Why did'nt you tell him that you love him?"
"I did'nt have the courage to tell it to him".
"My God!I think you should tell him now without any delay".
"No Nandini.It is not possible".
"Why?Still you are tense?You are crazy"
Nandini took it as a joke.
"No Nandini.Once i entered the orkut community which was meant for the people who are not able to reveal their feelings towards their best friend.Maan was also there.I mean..he was one of the members of that community.That means he loves his best friend and like me he also lacks the courage to reveal his love to her".
Nandini kept smiling.
"That means he also loves you.But he does'nt have the courage to confess his love to you.Wow!Here also you both are common.What a co-incidence!But i can't understand why you are not taking the initiative to confess love even after knowing that Maan also loves you".
Geet was calm.She said,"Because Maan's best friend...who is his love interest is not me.She is Samera.She was also our classmate in school.I was always jealous of their friendship.I wish i could be Samera to be Maan's best friend".
Nandini was helpless.Suddenly she got some hope.
"But i think you should try your luck.What id Maan accepts you?"
"I don't have any hope.Let him be with Samera.That's better.I just told you this to let you know that i also know that falling in love is a lovely experience.And i also know that all love stories do not have a happy ending".
Nandini did'nt know what to say.She felt sad for Geet.
Geet and Nandini looked at lovers exchanging gifts.Geet smiles.
"I love watching lovers.I feel happy when they are happy".
Geet tried to change the topic.
"Nandini...what about going to the canteen and having hot pizza?"
"Sure..why not?I also feel hungry".
They both headed towards the canteen.
