SO shows are something 😆 They're all 30 mins of trip/fall/catch/stare + dupatta flying 😆 Must be nice...get paid to not do anything at all..😆

SP shows are so regressive...they're unwatchable..it's like a complete opposite of the SO crap. 😆

Sony usually has better shows but they don't know how to promote anything but KBC or CID...😆

Zee shows I haven't watched for an eternity now..😆

^ totally agree.. Sony shows are really good.

I think they're doing a better job now, what with BALH and Saas Bina Sasuraal...

I wish they spent a little more energy on Rishta.com and Mahi Way though.. those were really good shows, unlike any other.

I like Sony's triumvirate though.. CID, Adaalat, and Crime Petrol.. makes for some substancial viewing..

and KUDOS to CID for lasting so long!

Nikkie, I don't think the 1 slap to the 15th power thing happens anymore. That used to be when Ekta's shows ruled the small screen. Kyunki saas...kasauti zindagi ki...kahaani ghar ghar ki...kahin toh hoga..kaisa yeh pyaar hai...etc

These days it's dupatta romance and trip/catch and endless staring scenes to the max.

CID is still on? I remember watching the first episode of CID back in 98 or 99...woah...its still going on? Don't most Indian tv shows die after 4-5 years.

sigh id rather watch reruns of hip hip hurray, banegi apni baat, dekh bhai dekh, family no 1 and just mohobbat, star bestsellers, justjoo...THOSE were some good shows with real actors like Madhavan, Irrfan khan, shefali shah, vinay pathak, tisca chopra etc...not some 20 somethings who are made to wear gawdy clothes and stare at each other for 30 mins...

I cant believe how ahead of its times Hip hip hurray was, now tht i watch it as a grown-up...i remember loving it as a kid too...but now i RESPECT the show and its makers so much..

some do, while some last for generations...

Woh Rehne Waali Mehlon Ki, Kyunki Saans etc etc etc, CID...

these have lasted nearly or at least 10 years

omg haha, reminds me.. Sahara One is a pretty terrible channel =/

they have like no hook show.. unless I'm under a misconception
