Its not zhato and zhatoy yaar...its Zaato and Zaatoy...theu don't have the same pronunciation...one is just ZAATO...and the other is ZAATOY...an extra syllable ''Y''...

see like for saying - her name is peihu

in hindi we say - uska naam peihu hai and not usko naam peihu hai..

just like for her - we use uska and usko differently in different situation, same way here it would b tila and not tiche...

2. zhatatet kaishe pronounce kar te hain???

wese hi jese spell kiya hai.. it's a bit different pronounciation so that's y mene same hi spell kiya hai... just like u mix three different words

zhat + aat + tet

ise bina ruke fatak se bol do!!!! that would become zhatatet!!!! 🤣
