How to enable typing on IF with iPad 2?

I have a question on how I can type on IF using Safari on the iPad 2. I tried everything but nothing works for it. I found Opera Mini works for IF and other forums but spell check isn't equipped so I want to know if there is a way I can get IF to fully work on Safari. Any suggests would be great!
