Friendship
Daadi and Geet entered the farmhouse
Geet was really looking cute with the puja thali in her soft hands and taking small steps within the house
She was walking behind savitri devi trying to hide from the gaze of servants who was watching the beautiful cute angel walking with their Madam...
Abhi was all engrossed in his work oblivious of the fact that his mother has returned home
Abhi beta kya aap subah subah kaam lekin beth gaye
Abhi who was now aware that his mother has returned smiled as he said
hmm Ma bas thodasa hi kaam tha socha subah subah hi khattam kar loo
Aur phir sham ko i was planning to take you all on a drive
Savitri Devi was really happy as he heard her son's evening plan he never takes out time for them he is always into work no rest no fun nothing but today he made a plan himself
she was happy and indeed was thinking how all the house seemed to be content and happy today was it because of the little angel with her or just a coincidence...
her chain of thoughts broke when he heard Maan's voice

You are back he screamed as he
came down running to her and
Hugged her
I was looking for you pata hai and
why did you take my friend with
you do you know how worried i was
for her he said in an angry tone and
turned away from her in anger
but all his anger vanished when he
saw the
same big almond eyes staring at him
intently
Angel his father was right she indeed
looks like one holding puja's
thali in her little hand
he smiled at her and took fast steps
towards her
Forgetting all his anger from his dadi
Abhi just smiled and walked towards his mother

They both looked at them and smiled and left from there
Maan just stared at her for a while trying to figure out how to ask her name
He mentally rehearsed the question-
Hi I am Maan and you noo noo
May I know your name please
noo not at all
He couldn't decide how to ask her he has never formally asked any girls name infact he has never asked anyone's name people wanted to know him he they came and introduced themselves he never had to ask
But then her she was different the first one he wanted to know
The one he wanted to do friendship with though he has already considered her as her friend but still he doesn't even know her name brushing all his thoughts away he just decided he will talk to her like the way he is after all he is Maan singh Khurrana and if they are gonna be friends now she will accept him just the way he is
He came out of his thoughts as he looked at her again
Maan-Won't you give me the Prasad he
said as he held his hand in front
of her smiling
she just got surprised as he saw his hand in front of her
It was then that she realised he asked for Prasad
She just nodded her head and placed the sweet in his hand
Maan ate it contently and held his hand out again
She got confused...but then she just decided to put some more sweet in his hand
But as she moved her hands forward he just held them firmly in his hands smiling
She just gave him a confused expression
But then heard him say friends with a smiling face
Her whole face lit up as she understood what he said and nodded her haed and repeated friends and smiled back at him
Toh tum aaj se maan singh khurrana ki sabse achi dost ho he said as he pulled her cheek this time which were glowing with her smile
She just laughed aur tum bhi Geet handa ke sabse ache dost ho she said as she pulled his cheek in the same manner he did but left his cheek soon as he made an angry face
But then both burst out laughing at the new found warmth they found and named friendship today
Abhi just looked at them from far wiping his tears of happiness he knew that their friendship would grow with time into something more deeper and beautiful but only with time...he took priya's picture out from his wallet and said our son has found a new special friend and you know what she is just like you he kissed her pic and left from there...
