Just saw the webcast of the Delhi event where Speak Asia official Tarak Bajpai addressed the panelists.

Here are some interesting observations or in other words what I understood:

People who were qualified for Singapore trip will not be going to Singapore and will go to Malaysia 😃. Now what could be the reason for that:

- Company doesnt want the panelists to visit them in Singapore office like the News media.

- It will be a good savings also for Speak Asia as accommodation and other expenses are almost double in Singapore compared to Malaysia.

- Company is claiming that they are going to start their operation in Malaysia soon and the incentive they are showing is that people can make seperate downlines (legs whatever) and something like they can sell PINs sitting in India. I didnt understood this part that clearly.
The company is not taking any cash request since May 13th and all that has been put as Reward Points in their E-Wallet. So now what is the option left to the existing panelists to recover their money? Here is the simple way make new members by generating PINs using Reward Points and collect money directly from the new member. So the scheme goes on of making new "panelists" under one's downline.
It will be interesting to see how the new website which they say will be launched between 20-25th of June will go and their idea of Earn and Burn Reward Points happens.
Company has been telling for a long time that they will be hiking their rate of Rs.11000 for becoming the panelist to Rs.15000 but again they confirmed that they withholding the rate hike for some time. So the great "SALE" price is going to continue for a long time as it doesnt seem to justify the hike in their rates. 😃
BTW one interesting post I saw posted by lone_warrionin on Page 61 of this thread (https://www.indiaforums.com/forum/post/43353890) which clearly shows the company selling the e-Zine are mostly copy paste from other sites. See the post for the screenshots.

Do share your views on the latest development on Speak Asia.

Vijay you are right, but what is even more important that Speak Asia is fooling in the name of surveys. Surveys are not conducted this way.

If a person is not knowing about particular subject then giving information on that increases the chances of biased response from that respondents.

One of the main purposes of taking surveys is to know the opinion, what they feel about particular subject?

When research is carried out through survey, there is always a sampling strategy which becomes the representative of population. It also includes who is to surveyed i.e by making it clear the criteria of respondents who will take the survey.

For e.g. If I want to know the effectiveness, user-friendliness and what needs to be done ( Provided I give them options) of website named makemytrip website or yatra.com my criteria would be those who are regularly using those websites for booking their tickets.

But in this case what speak asia would do is that they will post information on e-bulletin about what is yatra.com or makemytrip.com, further it will give information about how it started, give some information about industry, their rankings. the benefits of using such facilities and some disadvantages.

And then it will conduct survey for that subject. What is the use of that survey where no such sampling strategy is followed.

Infact I am confident, that majority of the panelists will login and fill the surveys. According to me these e-bulletins are just shelters for speak asia in order to show people how professional and innovative they are...

SpeakAsia online talks of confidentiality, and teaches panelist thru ezines and ebulletins (off course which are copied from other sites), but here is the ebulletin which is visible to panelist inside their login, without any user name and password

It will take you to login page to take you to ebuleltin, but if you click on below links you are not prompted to enter login and password, and all ezines/ebulletin for FREE, SpeakAsia says they sell ezine in which there is ebulletin to train the panelist, these trainings of ebulletin can be accessed freely???, NO SECURITY AT ALL !!!!

You are right, when i first posted about their articles being exact copy, they added links to exact articles from wikipedia immediately so that their panelist dont doubt them.

Infact they even forgot that the link to the article Financial Newspaper which they put is of Financial Editor

Check its financial editor but their headline shows Financial Newspaper.

But can they deny this, SpeakAsia Claims they do not have any business in Bangladesh currently, but there are around 2 lakh panelist whose money has been transferred and they have lost their money. SpeakAsia was running in Bangladesh but when Police cracked down they closed and ran away, Proof of this is SpeakAsia use to post messages to Bangladeshi Panelists which they removed when things took a bad turn, here is a google cache of a message from SpeakAsia to Bangladeshi Panelist

It seems SpeakAsia keeps coming here to this post all the time and keeps checking all the pages and learns from it about correcting their mistakes and security related things.

Look closely to these Ezines,

In a statement made by speak Asia's Legal Advisor Ashok Sarogi, speak Asia is charging 11,000 for these crap Ezines which are just copy and paste from other websites.

e-zine "Survey Today" is a magazine Globally Distributed by Haren Ventures Pte. Ltd Singapore (HVP), which contains information about various products and services and market research techniques etc. The sum of Rs 1,000/- or 6,000/- or 11,000/- that the panelists pay is for various types of subscription of the e-zine "Survey Today" and this is not an investment.
