I would like to understand why those two people said no. I am not reprimending you, I really want to know? You are right he does have the right to choose his own life partner, but the point here is that he broke the bonds of marriage, regardless of wheter he still loves Anandi or not or what he feels for Gauri, he broke those bonds of marriage, he should of been honest with both girls or at least waited to divorce Anandi before starting any relationship with Gauri. That is why I don't like movies like KANK and Barsaat, they glorify cheating.

IT DOESNT MATTER IF IT'S A MARRIAGE OR NOT. CHEATING IS CHEATING. THINK OF IT THIS WAY ..lets say he is not married to Anandi, they had a very romantic and wonderful life together after she came back. He never for once thought of her as a friend or a wife forced on him after the 10 5 year leap. they both loved each other and were so romantic. She still thinks he is that same guy who used to go to her village just to have a glance of her during their separation days.
So with that note, even if they were not married he knew what they had was not broken yet he went ahead dating someone else....so Yes he is A BIG CHEATER!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes Cheating is not a good thing..and I guess no one here is supporting that....however, Jagya's right to chose a life partner is a totally different issue....and I support that....if he doesnt love Anandi, then he doesnt...thats it, Anandi should accept that and move on....why make a hue and cry about it? after all Jagya never chose Anandi in the first place....and also I believe he never loved Anandi...his going to her village to see her in those 5 years and whatever transpired between them after that was all part of "attraction" or may be "physical attraction" at least from Jagya's side....Anandi might love him...but Jagya doesnt love her...so whats the point of their relationship? ending such a relationship is better than continuing and living a lie, coz neither Anandi nor Jagya can be happy in a loveless marriage...also, no one can or should force Jagya to be with Anandi, if he doesnt want to be with her...so I feel he is doing the right thing by calling off their so called (child) marriage....and setting Anandi free...in fact he should have done this long back...

Even i am against child marriage.......but he is married..although to me child marriage is not legal but for some time after becoming eighteen he accepted his marriage and has spent time with Anandi as a husband......it means then he was into a relationship.....and has changed due to circumstances knowing Anandi is not like modern wife......and is disclosing all facts from gauri.....so he is big cheater......

Yes definately he is cheating anandi m sure even if anandi had ever fallen for someone else she wouldn't have gone n stayed with him but would have instantly revealed this thruth to everyone just hope they now show us a new male lead cause jagya doesn't seem to b havin a positive role rather he seems to b a bigger villan than dadisa to me............................
