Destined to be

He must have been attracted to many,

had strong feelings for a few...

But he chose her.

What was special, why her???

Began at the very beginning to unravel the reason...😊

As Julia Andrews sang that is a very good place to start...

And the beginning is the name.

The first identity of a person...

Rajeev means lotus - the foremost symbol of beauty, prosperity and fertility and is theholiest of flowers; a sacred plant and a symbol of creation.

Manjiri is a Marathi word which means "small flower of common basil or holy basil.

Tulsi is the religious sacred plant grown in homes and temples and its leaves used in routine worship, has various health benefits.

So that is why they got together!!!!!😃

Similar meaning and violetish pink...

All very holy, sacred and goody goody...

But is that all...

NO... there is some more... her name also means....

Indian goddess of romance - wife of 'MADAN', the god of romance.

Hahaha he is the king of romance!!!😃

And Manmadan has in his hands....the Bow and Arrow!!!

And who has a bow an arrow at home and loves to take aim and shoot....

Of course him!!!!😃

Now we know!!!! 😃

It is in the names their parents decided decades ago...

Her name in Sanskrit also means, "to be found."

He found his destiny...😃

"Love life is still barren......someday, somewhere,

someone! I am an optimist! But wait, do i see an oasis at a distance. Maybe, time will tell."

This is how he introduced her to us end Dec 2008.

Later he told he was seeing someone

Talked about taking it to the next level

Said he was in a relationship

We came to know how he told her parents about his love for their daughter just before it was made public by the press

He brought their parents together

Got engaged in a beautiful place

And finally is having a dream wedding after more than two years of first having feelings for her....

He saw her, became attracted to her,

fell in love with her,

could have had doubts,

decided she was worth leaving his independent way of life

and is taking her to be his own...

His oasis...

his parents wish of seeing their famous son settled, she is fulfilling

more happiness and stability to his life, she is bringing

and to him she will give, his offspring...

They must have pledged themselves to each other many times in the past

But as they promise...

To have and to hold from this day forward, for better or worse, for richer for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish each other till death do them apart.

...in front of god and man and the law,

pray they have many years of togetherness filled with happiness....

Pray they are abundantly blessed.

remembered as I wrote the previous blues post.

i think love makes more sense when the reason for two ppl being together is the sole fact they r in love, it does not matter how much similarity coincidences may throw in, true passion flows like a river in monsoon, love makes one want to change his/her destiny just for someone's sake. I hope no one ever has to compromise with that feeling.

Hey quite interesting post yazh abt both of their compatibilities. Was interesting enuf to know for sure

And yes the song was really emotional for sure and it fit in perfect with front page story
