Ashmit-Veena to Take an Indo-Pak Tour

They were a hot couple in the Bigg Boss without a doubt. But as the show proceeded, Bollywood actor Ashmit Patel and Pakistani model-actress Veena Malik were seen fighting with each other, making the audiences think that all's over between them.

But after the show got over, the two have joined hands (no, not for anything mischievous!) for a cause.

Ashmit will help Veena in an awareness programme in Pakistan, that will generate funds for thalassemia patients. The duo will travel across both the nations to raise awareness about the disease.

Ashmit is a thalassemia minor himself, and knows much about the problem. In fact speculations about Ashmit and Veena's relationship gained momentum when Veena was seen taking extra care of Ashmit's food, that created a sort of annoyance amongst other inmates of the house.

Ashmit, who confirmed the news said, "We are indeed going to carry out this program. We also plan to provide monetary help to the patients, as the treatment is very expensive. The other details are yet to be worked out about this drive."

At least the duo have gone beyond massages! Truly a good cause!
