I was just checking her articles... she is the only one who has huge number of comments comparison to other actors who r very much interacting with their fans thrgouh their serial, sbs, sbb, blogs, social networking et c etc ..

7.She never behave like a celeberity offscreen.
8.Love her simple life
9.She is very straight forward but never spoken bad about anyone .
10. Rati is very soft, simple and dedicated girl.
Rati is the most popular actress due to her talent. She has got huge number of fans in www.indya.com and www.india-forum.co. .. she was always top in India- Forum television chart list and hugely popular amongst all age group. ..this is just my dedecation and appreciation to Rati Pandey being popular without even using media, newspaper and other publcity chanelle.. She is popular because she was loved by her fans and her fans loved her for her dedecation, hardwork and sweet nature. God Bless you Rati and come back soon with BANG....
