Thanks for the article, Swetha! I saw it in TC before but great to read it again esp a line which I like a lot besides her sweet description of having Aamir in his life.
TV does not have much scope so you cannot decide what you want to do. There wouldn't be a producer who would come ahead and produce a show for me according to my liking.
This is exactly what the problem is of the TV industry! And its not in the hands of an actor to choose what he/she 'should' pick and not pick, because the choices are limited and similar. And eventually some actors pick a project because of the channel or production house and few the better content out of the limited range of offers. I personally feel an actor should be happy with what he/she plays, not if the project is commercially viable (how popular it can be/ TRPs) then the essence of creative satisfaction and talent fades away. Even though Sahara is not one of the big shot channels nor the production house of her current show is established yet she went for it for her own satisfaction as an actress. I think that is truly commendable! I appreciate it and same with Aamir for going with his instinct to choose FIR and something different over something regular or typical hit formula like the Saas-Bahu/Rural based/romance/drama etc. I am glad he went with his instinct and self-satisfaction as an actor.
I don't understand why people become against and vindictive towards an actress/actor if one actor gets replaced. Even if it was not her, it would have been somebody else. Why not blame the production house who made the decision its the makers of the show who decides such things, people unnecessarily pour their anger on actors. Its funny they even asked this question in the interview!
I am glad she didn't choose Nupur's role in Tere Liye! It was a random role! And TC website made a mistake, they wrote Isha instead of Ayesha! 😆
I loved the part about Aamir aswell! Especially how she described him as someone who she finds perfect! Its very sweet that she finds herself lucky! Aamir having all that a woman would love to have in her life-partner! She is right! They are adorable! Bless!
P.S: When is the UTV film releasing?! Its been ages! It sounded good because its by Shoojit Sircar and has Amitabh Bachchan but its delayed way too much!
