Earlier, SRGMP used to have a classical/ghazal round. Any idea whether this year will have one or not? It will test the contestants thoroughly.

I don't know if they will, but I hope they have a classical round. It would be a good test for the singers. Plus it will show the audience who is really a well rounded singer.

Classical round during C-07 was amazing...

Ghazal round not sure will happen...

We're lucky to have a ghazal round almost every episode with Ranjeet around! There's no need for one 😊

Aneek and Amanat both sang well...What did Raja sing I cant recall...

Ranjeet singing Ghazal each round is fine by MOI....I enjoy his baja peti 😃

I agree! all contestants have the potential to pull off both classical and ghazal.

Much needed for clarity sake to chose the winner - coz every contestant seems to be on a see-saw these past few weeks.

Can someone confirm or share if Bisakh is classically trained or not? I dont recall watching that part...I know the other 4 are from TOP 5

Not completely sure if Bishakh is trained or not but remember watching him sing a classical piece during auditions.
