Oh! Ur bro blocked India-forums...😲...OK Do one thing...ARE U using an antivirus ???RADHI some antivirus have options 2 block ie restrict sites...or check ur mozilla, chorme settings etc May be there is an option there 2 block sites...check every symbol ...as sites can be Blocked or restriced only thru settings in Computer or ANTIVIRUS or MOZILLA etc...
