Kareena is not the actress who tries surgeries. She hasn't done one before, why would she do it now! She has perfect nose! so there is nothing different about her!

Kareena is looking so beautiful and fresh here, love her hair and everything.. I like the fact that she's so natural off screen.. :) on the other hand, Ajay is looking good, wonder when we'll be able to see his newborn boy .. he must be really proud!
