What does it mean by a drawling voice hahah...how does it sound? I wanna hear it...would it be like how Sonam Kapoor speaks sometimes...like with a drawllllllllllll😆 can anyone explain ? :P

umm, i thnk it might have been required for his character, bcz it says in the HP books thts the way he speaks, wth a drawl, i thnk its meant to be annoyng and pompous! or mayb he jst speaks like tht, its like alan rickman, he speaks differently and he is kwn for his voice!

Here's the definition of drawl: To speak with lengthened or drawn-out vowels.

We-e-ell," the clerk drawled.
