Rakesh 9.75/10 sincere. sweet and heartfelt. Udit too was mesmerised..aansu aagayaa.

Bhoomi 9.5/10. excellent body language/attitude.energy.complimented Udit very well. majaa aagaya.

Sreeram 7/10. spoilt the song. no feel. besura at some places. changed the song (harkatein). tried to dominate Udit. was out of sync with Udit. Bad performance.

Rakesh Maini is the Indian Idol. Don't mind judges. they would say the same things even if I sang those songs 😆

I actually thought that Rakesh was the best of the lot today. He was in sync with Udit ji, his voice was melodious, and without any flaws whatsoever. However, we have noticed that he mostly sings the same ol' rotten romantic songs, which was just what his peers said. Anyways, this time around, I thought he was perfect. Hats off to him!👏 OK, fine, 15-1 Sreeram😃
Second comes Sreeram. He did go off in many places, but hey, the song was so difficult to sing, with many variations and touches. A song sung by Hariharan is anyways not easy to sing😆 So, a good effort but he did err in quite a few places.
Bhoomi is last, as always. Her voice texture does not suit most of the songs she sings. Her voice just sounds so thick and manly, I mean, I know she tries her best, but it just doesn't come out right. Her high notes were absolutely great and her strongest point, but to me, she's just another Ankita, who can only sing peppy numbers.

Rakesh 9/10: Extremely nice singing although I thought he didn't get a lot to sing solo. The portions he sang he sounded really good. Nice and soothing just the way the song demanded. Also, when Udit and he sang together, their voices jelled very well.

Sreeram 9.75/10: Sreeram was phenomenal today. No words. Not a single false note anywhere and he sang the most difficult portions of the song, brought out many tiny variations and nuances and was just perfect throughout. However, I do think he and Udit didn't gel very well especially at the beginning when the joint portions came. I thought Udit started off his portion on a slightly higher scale than he normally sings and therefore sounded a little different from when he sang his original song. Towards the end the coordination kept getting better and it was fantastic by the end.

Bhoomi 8/10: It was an easy song and Bhoomi performed adequately for the song. The whole performance was pleasing to listen to although I thought Udit got to sing more lines than she did.

Yeah, that's what I meant. But what I would also like to say is that in order to be a successful singer, you have to also be versatile something that Rakesh lacks.
