Here are come Mocktails & Cocktails recipes after the Cakes are done
my new turn is on Drinks soo here i goes

Things required  (basics)
1) glasses different types
2) fresh fruits (selected which we used in the drink)
3) Alcohol/hard drinks i.e. vodka,rum,gin,wine,beer etc (this is optional)
4) soda/sprinkling water
5) Sugar (for taste only if you lie it then only) in my view its used in many but in some it is not required also
6) Softdrinks i.e. limca,sprite,7up,thumbsup etc
7) Ice
8) Ice cream (as required to used if possible)

Dressing things or decoration things
1) Umbrella
2) Lemon wedge
3) Mint leaves
4) The sugar & salt on the edge of the glass
5) orange/ pineapple/apple/strawberry/cherry slice on the top of the glass

Electrical appliances

1) Blander
2) Crusher 

Other things

1) huge or big bowl to mix ingredients (use glass vessel or steel not other metal as it will make your mocktail stale & bad Oder will be coming from it so its most important to choose glass)  
2) Spoon to stir it

INGREDIENTS :

Smirnoff Vodka

Pineapple squash

Soda

PREPARATION :

Rim glass with powdered sugar. Fill glass with crushed ice. Add a shot (or two!! ) of Smirnoff. Add a shot of Pineapple Squash. Top with soda for a refreshing mix.

Apple Martini

INGREDIENTS :

45 ml Smirnoff Vodka

45 ml Apple Pucker Schnapps

PREPARATION :

Add to a cocktail shaker/mixer filled with ice, shake and strain into a Cocktail Glass

Blue Colada

INGREDIENTS :

45 ml Vodka

15 ml Curacao

200 ml Pineapple Juice

30 ml Coconut milk
30 ml Heavy Cream

PREPARATION :

Blend vodka, pineapple juice, cream & coconut milk and pour in a zombie glass, now put blue curacao from top slowly using teaspoon on the glass.

Black Magic

INGREDIENTS :

60 ml Smirnoff Vodka

30 ml grape juice

Coke

2 teaspoons of coffee
Half lime

PREPARATION :

Pour the grape juice in a cocktail shaker. Add coffee. Shake well to mix both. Pour in the Smirnoff slowly, shaking gently. Take a glass and fill half of it with ice cubes. Pour the shaker's contents into the glass. Top it up with Coke. Squeze the half lemon, and you're ready for a miracle.

Bharat Mary (Desi Tadka)

INGREDIENTS :

Vodka 45ml

Carrot/Beetroot Juice 120ml

Tabasco : dash

Worcestershire Sauce : 4-5 drops
A Pinch of Pepper poweder

A Pinch of roasted cumin powder

Salt to rim

Ice

PREPARATION :

Rim the glass with salt and build the drink over ice in the glass. Float the vodka on top.

Black Velvet

INGREDIENTS :

Smirnoff Vodka 30 ml.

Guinness Beer 1 pint.

Champagne 1 glass.

PREPARATION :

Pour Smirnoff into a glass and top with equal quantities of Guinness & Champagne. Cheers!

Bloody Mary

INGREDIENTS :

60ml Worcestershire Sauce
8-10 drops of Tabasco sauce

PREPARATION :

Rim the glass with salt. Fill it with ice cubes. Drop in the spent shell. Add all ingredients except the vodka and stir. Gently slide in the vodka to form a clear layer. Place the lime slice over the rim and use the celery stick or green chilly in place of a stirrer.

Blue Lagoon

INGREDIENTS :

45 ml Vodka

15 ml Blue Curacao.

120 ml Lemonade

Dash of Lime

PREPARATION :

Mix all the ingredients over ice in a highball glass.

Chocolate Martini

INGREDIENTS :

45ml Vodka

15ml Creme de Cacao

Unsweetened cocoa powder

PREPARATION :

Mix all the ingredients over ice in a highball glass.

Coffee Kick

INGREDIENTS :

1 part Vanilla Vodka

1 part Kahlua

60 ml Espresso coffee

A dash of Sugar Syrup


PREPARATION :

Shake hard n long with lots of ice in a cocktail shaker.Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Delhi Fizz

INGREDIENTS :

30 ml Smirnoff Vodka

30 ml White rum

15 ml fresh lime juice

15 ml strawberry syrup
Soda

Sprite

PREPARATION :

Shake and stir the ingredients. Top up with Soda and Sprite.

Dery Devil

INGREDIENTS :

Vodka 45ml

Litchi Juice 100ml

Cranberry Juice 100ml

Limejuice : 1 tsp
Sugar syrup 10ml


PREPARATION :

Blend Litchi and Cranberry with the help of a blender. Take a highball glass, pour vodka and ice. Then pour the blended mixers and lime and sugar syrup. Garnish with lime slices

Devil's touch

INGREDIENTS :

10 ml chilli Vodka

45 ml cinammon vodka

60 ml Caste Lager beer

60 ml fresh strawberry syrup (add honey while making the syrup)

PREPARATION :

Take castle lager beer, 60 ml, add 60 ml fresh strawberry syrup (add honey while making the syrup), add 10 ml chilled vodka and 45 ml of cinnamon vodka, the effect is totally out of the world, sweet when u drink and has a burning sensation after in the throat.

Fire

INGREDIENTS :

60 ml Vodka

1 Green Chilly (slit)

1 Slice Raw Mango (finely chopped)

1 piece ginger (finely chopped)
Corriander leaves (chopped)

200 ml Soda

PREPARATION :

Take a glass bottle, add all ingredients and shake well. Add soda and cover tightly. Keep it for about 30 minutes and serve chilled with ice.

Fire and Ice

INGREDIENTS :

SmirnoffVodka60 ml.

Soda

PREPARATION :

In a glass place the green chilly, slice of lime and ice. Pour Smirnoff. Top up with mixer of choice. Enjoy.

Fruit Tingle

INGREDIENTS :

30 ml Smirnoff Vodka

30 ml Blue Curacao

Lemonade

10 ml red cordial

PREPARATION :

Get tall glass, add ice. Pour 30 ml Smirnoff Vodka, 30 ml Blue Curacao. Add lemonade. Then to finish run roughly 10 mls red cordial swirled on top to slowly seep through.

Green Apple Evening

INGREDIENTS :

60 ml Smirnoff Green Apple Twist

Soda

Thums Up


PREPARATION :

Take ice in a tall glass and add the vodka and top with soda and thumbs up half and half. Drop in a slice of green apple.


Pom Pom Cooler

INGREDIENTS :

Pomegranate seeds 2tbsp

Mint leaves 10-12 leaves

Water Melon chunks 4-5nos

Red Bull 1 can

PREPARATION :

Muddle the pomegranate seeds, mint and watermelon. Add ice, red bull and stir. Serve!

Virgin Mojito

INGREDIENTS :

Lime Chunks 4-5pcs

Mint Leaves 10-12nos

Sugar 1tsp

Lime juice 10ml

Mojito syrup 30ml

Soda to top

PREPARATION :

Muddle the lime, sugar & mint. Add the extra lime juice and the Mojito syrup to balance the drink. Add the ice (crushed ice preferably) and top with the soda.

Strawberry Sunrise

INGREDIENTS :

Orange Juice 60ml

Pineapple Juice 60ml

Strawberry Crush 30ml

Lime Juice 10ml
Ice

PREPARATION :

Blend all the ingredients with ice.

Red Cadillac

INGREDIENTS :

Fresh Mint leaves 10-12 nos.

Monin Mint 10 ml

Lime Juice 10 ml

Pomegranate Juice (Real) Top up
Ice

PREPARATION :

Muddle and serve in an old-fashioned glass.
