With KaSh Back, Dil Mil Gaye is Back in Demand

Since September 2009, Dill Mill Gaye (DMG) has undergone many changes in an attempt to increase its declining viewership. The show took out most of the old interns and brought in new faces to bring in a new season. Nonetheless the old DMG fans demanded for their beloved old characters to return back. In January Riddhima (Jennifer Winget) came back to DMG, but that still did not appease the fans as they also wanted their beloved "dil ka doctor", Armaan, played by Karan Sing Grover (KSG) to come back as well. Alas though, with his return the show became a hard core drama as Riddhima, Armaan's fiance, was now married to Dr. Siddhant aka Sid (Karan Wahi). KSG's return did increase the TRPs of the show but fans did not like the never ending saga of Riddhima choosing between Sid and Armaan.

However in June, many fans of DMG, old and new, had a reason to smile: Shilpa Anand, the original Dr. Riddhima, was brought back in the show due to the high demands of her fans. Shilpa's pair with KSG had made DMG popular in its initial days and even after she left, many fans demanded for her to be brought back. Shilpa has been brought back as a new character, called Shilpa, in DMG opposite Armaan; hence KaSh (KSG and Shilpa) fans have finally got their wish fulfilled. Many of the old fans of DMG, who stopped watching after Shilpa left, are finally watching the show again for this new KaSh who has now been nicknamed ArSh (Armaan and Shilpa).

Her entry in the show already showed viewers the chemistry that they had been yearning for two years. Even though, ArSh are not yet in love, fans still cannot get enough of their scenes together. When Shilpa first entered, her and Armaan started fighting and played quite a few pranks on each other. These pranks and fights brought the fun and "masti" element back in DMG…something which had been missing in the highly dramatic scenes of the past few months.

The recent episodes have shown ArSh slowly understanding each other a little. Armaan even stood up to Riddhima for Shilpa, and Shilpa did the same. More recently, the episodes have shown Shilpa being affected by Armaan's proximity and touch. This could be a sign of Shilpa falling for Armaan, and if so then KaSh aka ArSh fans have even more reason to rejoice.

However will Armaan reciprocate those feelings?? Or will it be a case of once bitten, twice shy for him? Will Shilpa be able to spread love and happiness in Armaan's current desolate life? Only time will tell…till then fans can sit back and enjoy DMG once again.

This article clearly proves the power of kash and now arsh 😳 ....DMG was a sinking titanic but kash and now arsh saved it and made it into the blockbuster movie 👏 ...even i came back just for kash and arsh 😳 ....can't wait foe their new love story to start 😳 😍 ...and thanks for the article 😊
