My letter to Gaurav on the ocassion of YPNHK celebrating 100 episodes.
(Idea credit: 10on10)
Dear Gaurav
Please accept my heartiest congratulations on YPNHK's completion of 100 episodes!

I am delighted to hear this news and as you can imagine, so are all the other members on this forum who are thrilled and in a celebratory mood!

Though I don't know you, I am so proud of you. I got to know of your existence only after I started watching YPNHK from mid January. You are a brilliant artiste and come across as a spirited, steady, sincere and decent human being. It's about time they finally recognized your talent.
I don't watch Hindi serials, the last show I followed was years ago, but none of them were as charming as YPNHK and none of the other actors hold a candle to your Abeer. These days I watch this show mainly for you, you portray a new meaning of love and commitment, and have taken Abeer to new heights. You make the show believable, even in situations that are far from credible. I have laughed and cried with Abeer. In a nutshell, you carry the show on your shoulders, Gaurav.
Your pairing with Yami is super and as AbHer, you share the most unique, incredible chemistry in the entertainment world. Never have I been so drawn by such chemistry in the past. I am also happy that you have one of the best ensemble cast on this show, with some of the most talented people in the telly world.
Gun for Bollywood! You'd beat most of the cream there and can showcase your immense talent, extraordinary personality and good looks to the whole world. We'll be rooting for you.
But, Gaurav, you seem to live in a cocoon, with most of your life revolving around the show. Well, it's wonderful to have such focus and dedication, but you need to expand your horizons and go get a fuller life for yourself. You're young and should take time off to relax and enjoy, and you don't have to pub-hop or party hard for that (as you don't like to do that), but can enjoy in so many other ways - take time off to enjoy the simple pleasures and wonders of life, smell the roses, see the world, spend time with family and loved ones.
Once again Gaurav, my sincere congratulations on your exemplary skills and achievements. Waiting to celebrate further successes in your life, including the 200th episode of YPNHK.
Give the world the best you have, and the best will come to you!
God bless you and may all your dreams come true!
With very best wishes,
Marina

Marina .. that was a fantastic post! 👏 👏 Loved it!
Gaurav .. what to say about him! The first time I watched him in Kumkum .. exactly 4 years ago .. and my first impression of him was 'Brilliant'! Thats how good he was in his first shot!! A very natural actor .. very dedicated and focused .. and not to forget, a great guy to boot! Deadly combination!
With every performance .. he raises the bar, and surpasses it! As Abeer .. he's portrayed every emotion .. fabulously, realistically! He makes you laugh .. he makes you cry .. he makes you wanna jump in joy! 😆 (yeah yeah .. I'm jumping all around the place! Might just get myself a place in the Australian Zoo as a Human Kangaroo 🤣)
I respect the fact that Gaurav keeps a low profile, unlike most television stars today who revel in the attention they receive, and are happy with their 2-minutes fame. Though at times, I do wish he was more open about his life .. and not just work work work. But again .. its this aspect of him that will take him very .. very far in life, with success at his feet every step of the way.
Love you Gaurav! 🤗

Marina.. Absolutely loved what you wrote...👍🏼

Though I knew about him since the time he acted in Kumkum, I actually got hooked onto him when I started watching LNMDJ...😍 And now as Abeer, he's crossing all boundaries of my madness towards him...🤪 He's fabulous at whatever he portrays.. Love, Anger, Pain, Joy, Sobs !!! Love his acting style.. He's a deadly combination of looks and humour!!!

Fab post, Marina

GK's quite a versatile actor. Have only watched a bit of LNMDJ.... there's quite a contrast between the portrayals. And the fact that he doesn't suffer from the classic 'foot in mouth disease' is quite a welcome change. He should definitely be gunning for Bollywood. Would give many a run for their money.
