Ok , I will give you . It will take time as it is in details but Tulsey , honestly she ( her name is Nina ) is looking like a movie star . Not an ounnce of fat on her ....Nina is absolutely glowing , her skin , hair ...everything is just perfect ....and she eats so much uff.....

I know Sid, there are people who don't like saag. My BIL does not like saag and my sister will go to my other sister in Brampton when saag is made at her place.

you have to eat the authentic saag.....where did you eat to dislike it????

The actual saag is made from rapinni (in India, it is called Sarsoh ka saag) and I add spinnach and little bit of methi to it and cook it in the slow cooker (overnight and then 1/2 of the following day).

Tulsey is methi the fine seed that looks like sesame seed?

Tulsey she eats everything .....her plan is all about eating appropriate portions at th e right times . Apparantly we put on weight when the food is eaten at wrong hours ...that is the basis of her diet plan ....
