MOMENTS TO BE CHERISHED FOREVER..!!
Life brought two opposites together in one frame. Those two who could not stand each other at one point of time were now happily married. Indeed, life is strange. They faced many challenges on the way – emotional as well as financial. But, they became each other's support to overcome these challenges.
Mayank and Nupur – one is quiet while other is bubbly, one is practical while the other lives in dreams , one has a vision for the future while the other enjoys the present. But still they complete each other.
Mayank had a part time job in his own college. He used to assist the professors in their work. Thus, he saved quite enough to buy a small sweet home for Nupur and Himself. It was Sunday. No college and no work. Mayank had decided to spend the whole day with Nupur as he could not devote much time to her due to college studies and his job.
M : Nupur, tum kahan ho? Kya kar rahi ho?
N : Kya hua Mayank? Main bedroom mein hoon. Padh rahi hoon.
M : (Completely shocked) : Kya? Tum kabse Sunday ko padhai karne lagi?
N : By God, Mayank.. Maine thodi kahan ki main college books padh rahi hoon. Main toh Filmfare padh rahi hoon – Shah Rukh ka article hai ismein!
M : (shaking his head) Oh! Mujhe toh kuch aur hi laga. Anyways, aaj kahin bahar chale?? Ghar me bethe bore ho raha hoon.
N : Dekho, mujhe koi interest nahi hai tumhare saath museum chalne mein!!
M : Are, mein museum ki bath nahi kar raha hoon. Hum lunch kahin bahar karte hai, phir TUMHARA Shah Rukh ko dekhne theatre jaate hai. Aur phir kahin bahar dinner kar lenge. What say??
N : By God ,Mayank tumhe bukar toh nahi haina?? (Touching his forehead) Tum aise kabse ho gaye?? Ya phir, mere kaan hi baj rahe hai(shaking her ears vigorously)
M : Kyon? Tumhara RAJ hoon, itna toh karna hi padega na. Jao, jaake jaldi tayar ho jao.
Then, Mayank and Nupur leave to spend a wonderful day together.
At the restaurant,
Mayank orders food made of paneer while Nupur is shocked.
N: Mayank, tumhe paneer pasand nahi hai toh khane ki koi zaroorat nahi hai.
M: Nahi Nupur, aaj main tumhare liye who saare cheezein karma chahta hoon joh main kabhi bhi kisi aur ke liye nahi karta. Nupur, tum mere liye bahut special ho. I want to experience all those things today which I would have never done if you had not come in my life and don't worry about paneer , already tumhare liye mein do bar paneer kha chukka hoon !! Yaad hai na ahemdabad trip mein.. aur morena mein ..??*winks*
Nupur's eyes were filled with tears. She thinks the guy who always followed only his own decisions and plans is now compromising with her in each step of life. She feels blessed to have Mayank in her life.
She enjoys Mayank's expressions more than her favorite paneer..he was looking very cute
After lunch, they go for a movie together – Shah Rukh's latest movie.
Mayank felt like complaining to Nupur about this emotional movie but became silent seeing her. He rather enjoyed seeing his wife's changing expressions that altered with every dialogue of Shah Rukh. He was wondering how can some one get so engrossed in fictions...but he knows his wife can..
After the movie,
N : Waah! Kya dialogue tha! "Main tumhare liye aasman se chaand – tare todunga" ya phir "Tum meri saanson ki sargam ho"
Mayank, kya tum kabhi bhi aise bol sakte ho??
M: By God Nupur, mere paas koi rocket nahi hai jisse mein tumhare liye chaand – taare todunga. Aur saanson ki sargam – How unbelievable!!
N: (exasperated) Bolne me kya jaata hai tumhara?? Sadu kahinka..!!
And then Nupur walks away..
M: Nupur,
Joh hawa ka jhoka woh tum ho,
Joh khushboo se meheka woh tum ho,
Hai chamka sa aasmaan mein koi, woh taara nahi bas tum ho.
Nupur was overwhelmed.
She comes running into mayank's arms..They share a very passionate hug..!!
Mayank had done everything from eating paneer to Shah Rukh movies to poetic lines just for her – all those things that once upon a time he used to hate.
Nupur decides to surprise Mayank now and thought of a plan.
M: Chalo, kahin dinner karte hai, phir ghar chalte hai.
N: Mayank, woh mujhe abhi yaad aaya ki mujhe Shukla Sir ka project karma hai. Toh….
M: Kya? Nupur, tumne abhitak project nahi kiya? Maine toh job ke saath project bhi manage kiya magar tum. Kal submission hai pata haina tume??
N: Dekho Mr. Gyaani Baba mujhe abhi lecture mat do. Waise bhi tumne apna favorite kaam kiya – project banana aur woh mera favorite bilkul nahi hai. Samjhe?
Abhi ghar chalo.
M: Theek hai, chalo dinner kahin jaldi karte hai, phir ghar chalte hai.
N: Nahi, Mayank hum jaldi ghar chalte hai na. Dinner ghar par karte hai.
M: Toh atleast kissi restaurant se parcel lete hai.
(Actually Mayank was in no mood to cook dinner and he knew it would be unfair to ask Nupur to cook as she would be busy with her project. But Nupur had other plans.)
N: Nahi na Mayank, kitna time lagega. Kal ka bread hai ghar pe woh hi kha lete hai.
Mayank finally agreed.
After reaching home, Mayank goes to take a shower and then he just rechecks his project and goes through his files.
When he comes to the living room to prepare a simple dinner, he stops then and there.
The dining table was filled with rose petals and some candles in the centre of the table. Lights were off with the candles being the source of light. The dinner was laid. When Mayank checked the dinner he saw all of his favorites – Rajma , dal rice and malai kofta. Also, there was one photo frame of Mayur adorning the table. The whole setup gave a feel of a candle light dinner. Nupur was nervously standing beside the table wearing a white suit looking gorgeous as ever with a beautiful smile.
M: Nupur, ye sab….mera matlab hai….ye tumne…I mean…ye mere liye
(He was speechless seeing all these arrangements done by Nupur during the time he was busy with his shower and work. He had never ever imagined this)
He comes forward and kisses nupur's forehead..!!
N: Mayank, maine kabhi ek full dinner akele nahi banaya. Mera first time hai. I hope theek hai.
M: (smiling even though tears were brimming) Nupur, mujhe isme sirf tumhara pyaar dikh raha hai. Main vaada karta hoon ki main hamesha, har haal mein tumhara saath doonga. Aur kabhi bhi ye smile ko tumhare chehre se nahi hatne doonga
N: (started her nautanki) Hey Bhagwaan, ye maine kya kiya?? Iss sadu, akdu Mayank ko itna emotional kar diya. Meri itni himmat kaise ho sakti hai?
M: Thanks Nupur for being the world's best wife.
N: Mayank ab tum world's best husband ho, toh mujhe toh kuch karna hoga na. Nahi toh hum world's best couple kaise ban sakte hai. Chalo, dinner karte hai. Aur pls haan, let me tell you ki criticisms of the food are not at all entertained.
M: (Laughing) Of course!!
N:Aab tum jaa kar change karke aao..aise lag raha ki abhi so jaaoge..main tumhare liye taaiyar hui na..aab tum bhi mere liye taiyaar hoke aao..
They had dinner together holding hands and also adoring their photo.
They both were really happy that could spend such a wonderful day with each other..
They both lie on their bed..and go to sleep in each other's arms..!!
Mayank and Nupur spent this one day living for each other. That day was to show each other the profound love they have for each other. That love that can make impossible things possible and which can fight against all the difficulties and challenges in their life. Indeed, they are together and always going to be there for each other. This one day was added to their list of magical memories. But this one day is not the limit because
MAYUR DEFINED LOVE AND ARE NOW LIVING IN LOVE!
