Question About Celebrity Rating

Can someone please explain how or what determines the rating of the TV celebrity.

I was looking at the female star (Ankita Lokhande) who rated #2 this week. Her stats show the following:
Video (2)
Fanclub (195)
Photo Gallery (16)
Comments (363)
News (19)

Rubina Dilaik, who is rated #42 this week, has the following stats:
Video (3)
Fanclub (630)
Photo Gallery (12)
Comments (4205)
News (18)

Looking at the stats for these 2 actresses, one would come to the conclusion that Ms. Dilaik has a bigger fan following than Ms. Lokhande.

Who rates these TV celebrities and what determines their ratings?

There is also something called buzz ...number of articles written abt the person ... that also causes the celebrity's rating to go up or down in a particular week. I have not seen the details for this week or the last but I am guessing that there were a lot of articles abt Ankita and Sushanth that caused them to go up in ratings

As far as comments, number of fans go ... Avi and Rubina are very high up on the list in terms of Zee stars (not so high when compared to more established actors who have a larger fan base and larger number of comments base)

i alwz think d same yyyyyyyy???? i hv nvr seen avina on no.1 n 2 i daily comment on both of their profiles

everything is weekly, so it doesn't matter how many comments or views, articles they have had before in the past, it won't count. only stuff from the current week will count
also there are points given for views; how many people view an actors profile

Gur.N.Cool, does this mean that the more we click on their profiles, the more points they score? If this is so, then I urge all of my fellow Avina fans to try and click on their profiles a few times a day. I would like to see them in the #1 & #2 spots because they so deserve the top ranking.
