Weakest Team??

As we know Southern Sizzlers are the weakest team right now. But I wanted to look for the reason what makes them the weakest team:

We all will agree Nagendra is very talented.

So what are the reasons -
language problem,
did not pick right candidates,
north-south different expectation/liking for concepts
team members are not working hard
team members not practicing
team members have no discipline

I think Southern sizzlers have a good team, better than Desi Pardesi but I am not sure if Nagendra is able to bring that out in them...Howard turned his team around, Nagendra and Swarup has not managed to do that...Last dance on the trampoline was below average for the SS...there was no comparison with the WY....I don't think language or region is any kind of barrier to show ur talent....
