British humour can be pretty funny and sacarstic too. They love the play of words as well.
Someone sent me these:

During last night's high winds an African family were killed by a falling tree.
A spokesman for the Birmingham City Council said 'We didn't even know they were living up there'.

I was reading in the paper today about this dwarf that got pick-pocketed.
How could anyone stoop so low?

I was walking down the road when I saw an Afghan bloke standing on a fifth-floor balcony, shaking a carpet.
I shouted up to him, "What's up Abdul, won't it start?"

British humour is a somewhat general term applied to certain comedic motifs that are often prevalent in comedic acts originating in the United Kingdom and its current or former colonies. Comedy acts and television programmes typical of British humour include Monty Python, Benny Hill, and Keeping Up Appearances to name a few that have become quite popular outside of the United Kingdom. Then say what makes you laugh. All people have their own kind of jokes and humour.

Indian have their own and so do the Chinese. The Hong Kong movies can be very funny too.😆

The only thing I dislike about Brit humor is when it borderlines on snottiness. Sarcasm, I have no problem with, after all sarcasm is the only thing they have got to show after being world beaters for centuries

I like humour of all sorts, but mostly like easy humour like cartoon movies, gags, Mr.Bean,I really liked Jerome K jerome's books and the Pirates of Carribean series....

I the jokes in Reader's Digest were one of my favourites....

To me entertainment is all about laughing...and a little mindless comedy does wonders on my mood...but i dont like sexual/sleezy jokes/gags...

Not much of Austin Powers fan...🥱
