Farhan Akhtar, the multi-faceted dude, not only turned actor after directing blockbuster like Dil Chahta Hai, but also sang in one of his films Rock On!!

The Rock On! director has revealed that he doesn't feel at ease while directing a film. He thinks it's too much pressure to act and direct at the same time.

Farhan Akhtar wears many hats - he is an actor, a scriptwriter and a filmmaker. But the Rock On! director has recently revealed to a daily that he doesn't feel comfortable while directing a film. In his interview he said, "It would be too much. At one level I would have to think about what I am doing and on the other, think about what everybody else is doing. I don't feel comfortable enough to do it."

"You have to achieve a certain level of comfort as an actor, which is why experienced actors find it easier to cast themselves than the other way round. It's because they have understood the craft of acting. Moreover, I am too clinical when I am directing and I have to know exactly what is happening," he says.

So is it end of filmmaking Farhan Calling Farhan?

title is wrong... He's not saying he's quitting directing. He's saying that it'll be hard to direct and act in the same movie. So either he's acting or directing.

yeah it is avery tough job indeed and also now as he has started acting going back to directing would be difficult.
