It is 10 o' clock and Gursheel is lying on Amrit-Bebo's bed waiting for Amrit. She goes to sleep on their bed pulling the bed sheet over her face. Amrit comes to his room at 11 o'clock and Gursheel wakes up but is still hiding under the sheet. Amrit thinks that Bebo is asleep on the bed. He takes out his clothes from the cupboard and goes to change in his bathroom. He comes back and sits on the bed. Gursheel senses everything but remains under the sheet. Amrit turns off the light and is about to touch the bed sheet when Gursheel sprang up saying where am i? Amrit is surprised to see Gursheel there. Gursheel says that I thought to chat with bebo and I don't remember when I dozed off. She gets off from the bed saying I will send Bebo.
Bebo is lying on Maro's bed while Maro is sleeping and snoring beside her. Bebi is awake and she seems to be thinking something. Gursheel comes in the room and tell Bebo that Amrit has arrived and you should go to your room. Bebo goes to her room. Gursheel wakes up Maro and tells her that whatever she has said about Amrit and Bebo is absolutely true. Not only Amrit and Bebo sleep on one bed, they have come really closer to each other. Maro asks what to do now? Gursheel says I cannot think straight right now, but what I have understood is that what we have done till now to keep them apart has had no effect on them. She says that now we have to do something that the distance between Amrit and Bebo becomes so much that they cannot come closer.
In the morning, Bebo after taking a bath is sitting in front of her dressing table and is getting ready. Amrit is watching her sitting on the bed. She flicks her hair to one side and some water droplets come on Amrit's face. Bebo opens a jar of cream to see that not much is left. Amrit is also noticing everything. Next Bebo tries to sprinkle some talcum powder but it is also finished. Amrit gets sad looking this. Bebo senses Amrit's sadness. She sits in front of him on the bed, holds his hand and say I don't need these things. She tells Amrit to finsh his work and come downstairs for breakfast. Amrit is thinking something and nods.
In Narang house, Goldie is talking to her friend on the phone making plans to have a great diwali bash when she sees Prabhjot coming. She changes her tone and says that I will celebrate diwali in the way my sasural will allow. She knows that Prabhjot is listening behind. She says I will have to do everything Saru parjai says because she is the head but if Prabhjot parjai was the head things would have been different. She says that Prabhjot is very innocent. Prabhjot is pleased to hear herself being praised. Goldie ends the call. She praises Prabhjot and says that we should celebrate diwali with a bash. Prabhjot says that this cannot be done because according to Saru parjai's wishes we have to celebrate diwali with people of old age home. Goldie is thinking that one day she will send Kuku and Amro to old age home too. Goldie praises Prabhjot qualities saying that you don't have to suppress your wishes. She asks are you afraid of Saru parjai? She says we should respect elders till they do not force their wishes upon us. Prabhjot tells Goldie to start preparing for Diwali as we will not go to any old age home but celebrate Diwali with a bang in our house. Goldie is pleased.
In Amrit's house, Gursheel and Maro are on the dining table eating breakfast. Amrit comes downstairs. Gursheel asks him his reason for being so happy. Amrit says it is nothing. Then he says to Gursheel that I have something important to discuss with you. He says that I feel I am not fulfilling my duties as Bebo's husband. So from now on, from the money I give you for house expenses, I will deduct an amount and give it to Bebo. Gursheel and Maro are shocked. Gursheel regains herself and says why not? Instead of giving her an amount you should give her your whole salary to run this house so I will get free. Bebo comes from the kitchen carrying Tiffin box.
Amrit beckons to Bebo and Bebo follows him outside the house with the tiffin box. Gursheel and Maro go behind to listen. Amrit tells Bebo that there is no need of tiffin today. He says he will come early from the office and they will go out side. He says he will bring two tickets for a movie. Bebo is happy while Gursheel and Maro are shocked.
In Gursheel's room, Gursheel is tensed as she cannot think of a way to keep Amrit and Bebo apart. She says I don't care whether they come close or not as long as Amrit gives me his full salary. She calls Goldie for ideas. Goldie tells her not to worry as she is planning to call Gursheel and Maro to Narang house but for now she gives her the idea that you have not yet told Amrit that he has got his job because of Kuku Narang. Gursheel is happy to hear this as a new plan has hatched in her mind.

Bebo is putting Amrit's clothes in the cupboard when Amrit call on her mobile from his office. (He has opened his wallet which has Bebo's picture in it, he keeps looking at the picture and talking to her on the phone) He says that before I start talking, I want to know who is speaking on the phone; a friend or my wife? Bebo says did you eat anything? He says first you answer my question. Bebo says when are you coming home? He says again first you answer my question. Bebo says what shall I cook for dinner tonight? Amrit says I will not answer any of your questions until you answer my question that who is speaking on the phone right now; a friend or my wife. Bebo says all the questions that I have asking you are never asked by any friend. Only a wife has a right to ask such questions. (nice music playing). She says Haven't you understood your wife till now? Amrit says I am trying to understand and to show how much I have understood I have sent you something. Bebo asks what? Amrit says go downstairs in the hall and see yourself. Then I will call you. He ends the call and looks lovingly at Bebo's picture in his wallet.
