she used to come to these countries before too and again used to speak naturally without teh accent and everyone used to understand her i remember when she came for temptaions and for some other stuff her eand the local CANADIAN channels covered it she used to speak NORMALLY and everyone used to get it .it's clearly visible and audible that ther's an accent so why defend her. i like her too as an actress but you have to accept these things

🤔🤔 Haila laagta hain keh yeh koi naya khatarnaq "Accent Flu" bollywood mein bahut tezi seh phail raha hain. Aaj Abhi aur Ash peh bhi iskah poora assar Oprah keh show peh hua tha. Bechare!! Iss beemari keh liye koi flu shot bhi nahi hain.

I have seen a lot of people with slightly anglicized and americanized accents especially when they have studied abroad. I really don't think there is a whole lot more to it than picking it up so that the people around you understand it better. Most of the time people slip from one accent to the other without realizing.

I have seen other celebrities change their accents too. Abhishek does it especially with his Rs. I remember this from some Delhi 6 interviews he did abroad. He studied in Boston for a bit.

i would hate to talk in a indian accent to the international media😆

that would sound not right 😆but it hasnt got to do ANYTHING of not bring proud or anything...at least she is wearing something traditional....i think she has that american accent but she always changes it in india because i was wondering once i saw her in an interview talking in a perfect A-accent and then again in an typical indian accent in another..

i found it funnny too wwhen i saw it on tv,its definitely fake..even harman put up a fake one.....

but of course,its natural to adjust ur accent according to place....

^^ Obviously the Bollywood crowd has adjusted and accomodated the age old adage, "when in Rome do as the Romans do" loosly interpret as, when on the North American Continent speak as the North American's do. My, my, bollywood is full of such wonderfully thoughtful and caring people. I am so touched...I need to go and 😭

its funny. i dont think that whoole shes lived in usa for 2-3 yrs really mkae such a big diff. my cuzion jus came ehre 2 yrs ago and she still has her indian accent. You can easly tells she faking it. But love pc anywayz this is not a big deal
