Kangana apparently had an accident when she was a kid and had her upper lip area cut or something, i remember reading about it.. and she had to have several surgeries to fix it (??) someone google and confirm please.. it could be some other actress..maybe she had some sort of a complex about how her lips look and got some collagen and maybe it takes a couple of days to heal???

if she got it done she would admit in an interview i would say..she doesn't seem like one of those bolly beauties who would get a boob job, collagen, rhinoplasty, liposuction etc etc etc then say the features changed because they got a new personal trainer to show them some power yoga
