July 3 - Indian Highlights

Recap:
Pandit JS says that Pandjitji cannot be part of the Yagna.
Gulu knows the witch - we are predicting that this is Vaishnavi's sister Sonakshi (Chulbulli).
Vaishnavi tells Panditji to accept JS for the good of the village.
JS taunts Panditji.
MR's eyes are crying blood and JS makes the family choose him or Pandjitji.
The entire village goes behind JS.

Panditji goes to sit alone thinking about JS taking away the village through fear.
Vaishnavi goes and cleans MR's murti and remembers the markings on the door of Lala's house.
She remembers the red water in the well and MR's eyes crying blood.
She remembers that everyone is blaming this on the witch.
Vaishnavi says that something is going on - and despite all the proof, Panditji doesn't believe - so what is it that's happening?
Vaishnavi asks MR for help and to show her the way.
The bells in MR's temple starts to ring on their own. Wind starts to blow and Vaishnavi wonders what is happening.
A red Chunni calls from the temple and covers Vaishnavi.
Vaishnavi takes the Chunni and holds it wondering ...
She remembers what the bride was saying, and remembers the bride again. Vaishnavi says she understands MR's sign.

JS is doing a Hawan with some of the villagers to get rid of the witch.
He praises himself, and says that no matter what happens, no one can leave the havan or stop chanting matras.
He looks around to see the villagers closing their eyes and praying.
He goes to put samagri in the fire and the fire gets bigger.
JS says that he can hear things and sees that something bad is going to happen, but while he is around, the witch cannot do anything.

Vaishnavi comes down the stairs dressed in red, and Manav comes there and sees her.
He asks her why she is so dressed up and where she is going - she asks him if he came to speak to her father.
Manav says after what happened, he came to ensure everything is alright, but why is she dressed in Wedding Clothing?
She says that this is her favourite clothing - he says has not ever seen her in this - but she says he will not understand.
Manav says that Vaishnavi is hiding something from him, but she asks him to leave and says there is nothing.
He says that the witch attacks people in red bridal dress, and figures out that she is going to the witch.
He tells her that she has gone mad, and Vaishnavi cannot do this - Vaishnavi says that there is no choice - she has to fix this.
Manav says that she is not being responsible.
She says she is going - he says he is going to tell her father - she takes him promise against their friendship and says they will not have a friendship if he tells her father.
Manav says he is going with her - she says she is going alone.
She leaves. Manav decides to follow her.

At the Havan, JS continues.

Vaishnavi is out in the forest dressed in red. Manav follows her.
He hides behind a tree so that she will not see him.
Vaishnavi turns around and goes towards the tree where Manav is.
She sees Manav who has fainted.
The witch attacks Vaishnavi.

JS's hand stops in mid air and he cannot throw Samagri into the fire.
His own hand comes to strangle him - and he starts to say, "Witch! You think you are strong enough to take his hand?"

Vaishanvi is gighting with the witch and the witch stops attacking her and moves away scared and then runs away.
Manav wakes up and sees Vaishnavi - Vaishnavi is just standing there. He goes to make sure she is okay.
Manav says they were not right to come to the forest - Vaishnavi sees in her hand a MR pendant pulled from the witch.
She remembers that she gave to Sunakshi - she wants to know how did the witch get it?
Episode ends on Vaishnavi's face.

Precap: the witch attacks JS in front of the villagers and says that if he thinks he can ruin her, she will ruin him.

Comments: So, the witch is Sunakshi - we are still waiting to find out why she left her boyfriend/husband. And, I think that JS is playing games to make the villagers scared.
