I hope creatives do visit our forum.
Well Ranbir Rano (RR) has ended. BMTD will also end shortly. Saat Phere is nearing its end.
I think RR has not even completed 8 months but they have to end it. On sony, Meet Mila De Rabba also has been scrapped.
The creatives of CB have to take a lesson.
Gone are those ays when hindi soaps used to run for decades.
Where people used to die and come back.
There were 7 generations living together in the same house.
The oldest member technically was about 450 years old.
And there have been 2-3 leaps in the serial.
Now a days the viewers are intelligent.They are busy. Even house wifes have better things to do than to sit and wait for the soap and discuss about them in kitty parties. (no offence intended)
So CB creatives have to wake up. Pull their socks up and get real. Well all the old shows are ending and the new ones starting (Aapki antara, Pavitra Rishta) and some great reality shows arround, there are great chances that Zee may decide to scarp CB as well.
It is kind of loosing its freshness. I and my friends joke about the fact that the creatives have made a mockery of marriage, love, religion, pujas, customs, and above all kanha.
What are they trying to show, be sacrificing for those who do not care for you. Mis treat ur husband when u know that he loves u like crazy since the day he has met u. Be confused about patni dharma and only do the rituals and be oblivious to the fact that ur hsband needs ur support and love both emotionally and physically.
Patni dharm means to love ur husband both emotionally and physically, be his friend, philosopher and guide as the situation demands. Be his strenght. It does not mean that u follow all the rituals and customs, keep vrat fro him, do not confess ur love for him , keep lieing to him and above all hide the fact that u are his wife despite seeing that how miserable he is with out u.
What are the creatives trying to show, be selfish like Vishakha and enjoy all the attention.
I agree that there will be end to all this and one day the truth will be out. But as the popular saying goes "Justice delayed is justice denied"
The RaDev uninon should not loose its charm. U know when one is waiting for something desperately and finally it comes after a loooooooong wait u do not tend to relish it or enjoy it. U just have a feeling that "finally" it has happened and do not talk about it much.
How long are they going to keep the RaDev marriage a secret. And what do they think they are achieving by doing this? Now they plan to introduce this Keshav character into picture. That means another 2-4 months of confusion and stress.
We as audiance already have too much to bear in the real world. Too much stress, tention of our own .
We watch soaps to relax and enjoy and not to carry more stress.
It was ok for a couple of months that the secret of marriage is kept but it will be almost 6 months now and one of the lead still does not know that who is he married to? (let alone the other 50 characters on the show.)
Here the other soaps are talking about leaps and the creatives of CB are dragging one little point to the limits of the loyal viewers.
What the creatives should do is cut this crap and should deal with a different track. Atleast they should let the male lead aware of the fact that he is married to his love, and may be show him fight for her to get her rights. That will again be some thing fresh.
There is so much infighting between the leads because of the female leads denial of love that I see this soap going to dooms.
Hope Creatives will wake up . And wake up soon. Or the show will be scrapped even before Radhika confesses her love.
