This is the first time I will be celebrating Diwali in Mumbai. Previously I would fly to Delhi, to be with my parents there, but I am staying back this year. Diwali means the house has to be lit up with lights.
I make sure that one day prior to and one day after Diwali – no work. That is the time to be with friends. A friend of mine hosts a Diwali bash every year, where the industry people too turn out in full force. Gurdeep and I will be attending that party. We'll enjoy ourselves, play cards, that's it.
I haven't decided on any outfit. Gurdeep is in the U.S. she said that she will pick up something for me to wear on Diwali. I'm just keeping my fingers crossed.
