*Sharma House*
Nani learns about Shlok and Aalekh's childhhod friendship and is happy that he is treating Aalekh, she talks about destiny playing a crucial role in all this. Malti is worried that her unborn child will be mentally affected like Aalekh if she is around him for a long time , she expresses this concern of hers to Shlok who tries to explain her that it does not work that way. Nani also reprimands her for being so foolish and asks Shlok to treat Malti first.
*Rajvansh House*
Vasu is overwhelmed with Aalekh's progress. She is holding a red rose and looks at it recollecting how she used to give one to Aalekh everyday calling it his lucky charm during his childhood, she imagines grown up Aalekh asking her to give him his 'lucky charm'…and realizes that it is not reality but her imagination. Ranvir comes to discuss about Shlok with her, Vasu is very happy with Shlok's treatment and agrees with Ranvir that everyone has to co-operate with Shlok in whatever way they can as he treats Aalekh. Ranvir tries to question her about the red rose connection and Aalekh's dislike for her again but Vasu herself has no idea. She only tells him that she feels somebody within the family e is responsible for all this.
Aalekh talks to mamaji on excitedly phone narrating the events of the day which made his dost very happy. Sadhna talks to mamaji who expresses his satisfaction and joy on learning the news about Aalekh's progress. Sadhna gives the credit to Ragini for standing by her , supporting her and showing her the right way when she was in a dilemma. Mamaji exclaims he is proud of both his daughters. Aalekh requests Sadhna to put him to sleep by mildly ruffling his hair, Sadhna does that as Aalekh falls asleep… she notices that there is no water in the jug on the bed side table so she goes downstairs to fill water in it. Sadhna meets Vasu who thanks her for making the right decision and taking care of Aalekh. On going back to her room, Sadhna is a bit surprised to see Inder in their room standing by Aalekh's bed; he too thanks Sadhna for choosing Shlok which gave a quick and satisfactory result.
Naveen- Avni are upset that Aalekh's condition is getting better since that would threaten their position in the RV house in future. Avni eggs on Naveen to do something about this quickly.
*Sharma House*
Mamaji is too happy to sleep, Shlok chats up with Mamaji and he thanks Shlok wrt Aalekh's progress. Next morning, Vineet and Shlok witness Malti shirking work and sorta ordering Kaushi around , they decide to teach her a lesson and Shlok tells Malti that it is not good for her child if she rests all the time, he tells Malti that he wishes to eat the food cooked by her from that day onwards. Kaushi is not too happy to learn that RV family is very happy with the results of Shlok's treatment and hence decided to make him Aalekh's doctor. He informs Sharma family that he is going to meet RV family as Ranvir had called him up to discuss Aalekh's case details.
*Rajvansh House*
Ranvir leaves a greeting card for Ragini in which he writes how much he loves her and how he forgot to acknowledge the fact that she is the best wife unlike him who is not really the best husband, moving her to tears.
