Santu pushes the door to DM's room open. DM tells ki, I've told you so many times earlier, not to come here. Santu quickly tells ki, Meghna ben has come to meet you.. DM's expression changes, and Meghna comes back and DM smiles and asks her to come in.. Santu is still waiting outside.. Meghna asks her to come in and comments to DM that maybe she's feeling shy that she's in the room.. DM looks at Santu and nods at her, asking her to come in. Santu slowly enters the room, keeping her right leg in first. Meghna tells DM that his room is still the same.. She asks him for some books and DM gets them for her.. Santu is still standing near the doorway.. Meghna asks DM if he still has all those cd's that subhadra loved.. DM nods yes.. Meghna thanks him for the books, tells him that she'll sleep peacefully tonight... DM pulls her leg and tells her as long as Rasik snores, she wont get any sleep.. Meghna says that now she's used to his snoring.. And if by chance, he doesn't snore, she feels like she's missing something..She says that and moves toward the door.. She stops by Santu and whispers in her ear that she'll lock the door and closes the door as she's going out..
All background music stops, there's only the sound of wind slightly blowing.. DM and Santu are standing where they are silently. She slowly moves toward the door.. DM stops her.. He tells her that Meghna is a very light sleeper and she will notice if she sees her moving out of the room.. He tells her that until Meghna is there, she will stay in his room only.. He tells her that there's a blanket in the closet, asks her to take it and sleep. She goes toward the closet, he stops her and gives her a pillow.. She takes the pillow, takes the blanket.. She spreads it on the ground.. Sits down on the blanket, removes her earrings and necklace and keeps it on the side table.. DM is watching her over his newspaper throughout.. Before lying down, she does pranam and sleeps. DM gets up, goes to the music system and puts on a CD.. A song starts playing.

Morning time in Dharampur..DM is lying crossways on the bed, blanket askew and pillow on the floor.. Santu gets up slowly.. She does namaskar.. Slowly gets up and touches DM's feet.. Goes to subhadra's portrait and takes the lamp and match box from the stand and lights the lamp and does namaskar to the portrait.. She sees the pillow on the floor and puts it on the bed, slightly lifts his head up and puts the pillow under.. She goes back to her charpai and pillow, folds them up and keeps them in their appropriate places.. Then picks her jewelry from the side table, keeps it on DM's table and opens the door and walks out slowly. Baa is walking in the corridor and sees Santu coming out of DM's room.. She is stunned and hurt.. Bapuji also comes there.. Santu slowly goes up to the both of them.. Meanwhile inside his room, DM slowly gets up and sees the lamp lit in front of Subhadra's portrait.. He's surprised.. On seeing the door open, he gets up and goes out of his room where he sees Santu bending down and taking ashirwaad from bapuji.. Bapuji blesses her, saying jeete raho.. Baa tears up, and looks at DM hurt.. when santu bends to take aashirwaad, she takes a step backward and walks off. DM looks on helpless..
Baa goes to Kadambari's room where there's a sari and a jewelry set on the bed.. Kadambari asks Baa why she's been asked to wear a sari??? All of a sudden, foi comes and asks her to wear a sari.. Baa tells her that there are guests who have come home, that these people are very good friends of her mother.. Kadambari says ki, which is why she doesn't want to wear a sari.. She's known these people for a long time now, why does she have to wear a sari for them? Baa says, meghna wanted to see how she looked in a sari and whether she looked like Subhadra.. Baa asks her to wear the sari and goes.. Kadambari is still not convinced.. Downstairs everyone is sitting on the floor, having breakfast or lunch.. Rasik bhai is enjoying the jalebi's and DM tells him that Baa made them especially for him.. Santu comes in with the puja ki thali and gives Rasik and Meghna prasad.. Rasik asks them where is his honewali bahu?? Just then Baa brings Kadambari down, who is looking gorgeous in a beautiful light blue sari with a pink border.. She comes down and takes ashirwaad from Meghna..DM looks at Kadambari and thinks back to the time when a young kadambari was dressed like a bride and asks her papa how she looked?? He is extremely moved.. Meghna tells her that whatever relationship they will be bound in in future, she is and always will first be her masi.. Meaning maa jaisi.. Kadambari is confused as to what she meant by that, and as she's about to ask Meghna that, Baa tells her that Meghna has got a beautiful bangle set for her.. Kadambari is even more confused.. But before she can ask anything, Rasik bhai tells them that not only kadambari, they've got something for everyone else.. He asks Shambhu to get his bag.. And Meghna starts giving things to everyone.. When DM tries to object, she tells that this is her decision, and he can't do anything about it.. And then pulls out a necklace and says that this one is for Mrs. DM. Everyone is shocked.. DM looks ill at ease.. Meghna asks DM to put the necklace on Santu bhabhi.. DM is hesitant.. Meghna asks him why he's feeling shy in front of her also now??? DM gets up and takes the necklace and goes toward santu, who is silent throughout. He puts the necklace slowly around her neck and flashback pics to their marriage when he put the mangalsutra around her neck. He puts the necklace around her neck and walks off, Santu stands there silently.. Episode ends.
Preview - Santu and Meghna are sitting on the jhula.. Meghna says that she doesn't know Kadambari's view on this rishtha.. And she doesn't want to do anything against Kadambari's wishes.. She tells Santu that Maa-beti relationship is a very special one.. She doesn't know if Kadambari has accepted her as her mother, but she can use this opportunity to make a leeway with Kadambari.. She asks Santu to find out what Kadambari thinks about the relationship..
