Now information about the new compact laptop with 10-inch display from
Acer is fully confirmed, and there are not only photos of the device,
but also specifications and its price. So the new Aspire One
is already on sale - a few days ago, the company officially announced
the start of sales in Asia and the USA!Those concerned with ergonomics
will be overjoyed to hear that the track pad buttons have slipped down
from either side to underneath, and there's a new brushed metal finish
around the keyboard. Three casing colors will apparently be available:
red, white and black. For those who are fans of the original Intel
Atom-powered 8.9? Acer Aspire One, you don't need to worry. The
8.9-inch line will continue to be produced for the time being.
Sometime later this month or earlier in March, Acer will make some pricing and specification adjustments to the line,
The new 10.1-inch Acer Aspire One is expected to have following configuration:
* Intel Atom 1.6Ghz processor
* 10.1-inch LED-backlit 1024600 screen
* Hard Disk
* 3 USB ports
* Ethernet, Wifi
* VGA out
* SD card reader
* Bluetooth and 3G are options
* Windows XP only
