January 9th Mata Ki Chowki - Highlights (India)

Recap:
BM is having a breakdown because Vansh died.
Natasha says that she won - she killed him - she is going to put the ashes of his death on her maang.
She gets burned by the ashes and tells Moksh that he needs to do Vansh's last rights.
BM is listening to Moksh's conversation.

BM is looking at Moksh and asks who he was speaking to.
Moksh starts to cry, and says that he cannot answer her - he thought that if he can make some arrangements for the family and Vansh's last rights, then his soul would be at peace.
Moksh says that as long as he is around, the ceremony will be really nice - he pretends to have a breakdown and then hits his head and says that he has to control himself.
SK take a picture of Matarani off the wall of the hospital and tries to hide it.

Vaishnavi imiagines that there are women who come to take away her signs of a suhagaan. they break her bangles and wipe away her sindoor. It's the badies making her see this.
They try to take her Mangal Sutra - then she breaks out of the vision and sees Vansh lying there.

SK goes into a dark place with Matarani's picture.
He gets mnde and cries - she says that if he did something wrong that society didn't think was right, then why take it out on his son.
He says she has so many names, and he has called her all of the names - and he will call her another name - the mother who he doesn't give any trust.
Moksh comes there crying and holds him and falls infront of him, and he said he never understood SK.
He says that from today, he will not allow SK to even think badly of him - he doesn't want to take Vansh's place, but wants to be like a son to him.
Moksh says if SK can believe him, and he says he will take care of last rites of Vansh if they can all go home - he will take care of it.

Moksh takes the body home and Vaishnavi watches and cries.
BM is still crying.
Vaishnavi gets up from the room where there is Vansh's body.
She remebers scenes where Vansh said he loved her - and his proposal and the wedding.
She remembers him falling, and his ghost saying he has to go.
Her dupatta is trailing behind her as she walks.

At the house, they are preparing for the last rights of Vansh.
Vaishnavi remembers him saying after the wedding, Vaishnavi will also be close to him.
Even Gautam and Sanyukta are there - and they are sad.
The pandit comes there and says to start the process and he wants the last rights to be done at once.
The pandits come and start and Moksh gets SK to come and asks for BM. She cannot come - she is too inconsolable.

CM goes to take Vaishnavi with her. Vaishnavi is remembering times with Vansh.
CM takes her in the room, and brings her a white sari.
CM says she has to take off all the signs of a suhaagan and wear white from today - Vaishnavi sees everything with Vansh running backwards and feels the ladies are breaking her bangles, and taking her sindoor.

AT the puja for the last rites Moksh is asking to hurry through this because he cannot take seeing his brother like this - he wants his soul to be at peace.
BM comes there and says why does she get the feeling that Moksh wants Vansh's last rites to be done in a hurry.
Moksh says he is doing this for the family - he doesn't want to see them in pain.
BM says that Moksh's voice is not sincere and she doesn't believe him.
She said she feels that he is saying something and means something else.
Moksh says it's true. He said that he doesn't want Vansh away from him, but he needs to do his so that he can heal - only he knows what his heart feels.
BM yells at him and says this is enough. BM says that his eyes are not saying what his mouth is saying - she wants to know what is behind moving so fast - what is he hiding?
SK comes there and says there is a death of his son and they are fighting.
BM says that it's her son too and there is somethign fishy going on here - she wants a postmortem to see what happens.
Moksh says this is wrong - but BM says she won't accept anything until there is a postmortem done - she wants to know what caused this.
SK says that this will happen as BM wants it - so that BM can get some peace.

Vaishnavi is dressed in White - she still has sindoor in her maang. CM calls her - and she is in shock.
CM comes and says taht her maang has sindoor - Vaishnavi says that she is still a suhaagan and she will not give this up - she will never take it off.

Episode ends on Vaishnavi's face

Precap:
CM says that they have to take the sindoor off but CM cannot remove it.

Comments: this is going a bit slow - I want to see how Vaishnavi goes to fight for her husband.
