January 2nd Mata Ki Chowki - Highlights (India)

Recap:
The stairs were on fire from Tantrik Baba's puja, but then suddenly the fire went out.
Natasha tell Moksh that Vansh will not survive.
Madhura cannot be hit by Moksh even when he tries because she is wearing Matarani's pendant.
Vaishnavi wants to invite the children from the orphanage to the wedding, but they have been sent out of town.

Vaishnavi wonders why the children have been sent out of town.
Vansh comes there and asks what he should wear to the wedding.
Vansh wants to know why Vaishnavi is upset - she tells him that the children are not there.
They hear CP yelling at Moksh that he has ruined his name.

Downstairs, CP is yelling at Moksh and SK is looking away.
Moksh says that he doesn't know why they are accusing him.
SK yells that he should stop ending - he should respect his parents.
SK says that Moksh is behind thinks happening to Vansh - but Moksh says that they are accusing him without proof.
CP tells him to shut up.

Vansh runs downstairs.

CP apologizes to SK.
Vansh wants to know what is going on. He says that Moksh doesn't have any involvement in anything.
SK says not to get involved. The first time, we listened to you but it has happened again, and they know that someone is trying to harm him.

Baba is still doing puja.
He says there is no stopping them now as long as the havan is going.

Vansh is trying to stand up for Moksh and saying why his closest brother would ever want to do anything to him. Moksh is getting happy.
Baba is tying something around the voodoo doll's neck, and Vansh is feeling like he is choking.
Vansh is putting his hands on his neck to stop it from happening.
They all run to Vansh to help him - Moksh is standing and watching.
Vaishnavi runs to get water, but Vansh cannot swallow.
The puja continues.

Natasha says to let Vansh go ... he doesn't want him to die so easily - they have to pay with him so that he will suffer and call for death.
Baba lets go of the string from the voodoo dolls neck.
Vansh calls out for Vaishnavi and says not to call the doctor.
Vaishnavi comes there and says she told him tha something bad was going to happen, but no one is listening to her.

Natasha says to the doll that his death will happen on his wedding.
He wants to give him pain, torture him, and give him what he gave her.

Moksh says they were blaming him for something which is not his fault, but how is he responsible for this.
He says to Vansh that he is feeling pain for what Vansh is suffering.
He says he feels worse that his own family is accusing him.
SK says to push off the wedding, and Vaishnavi agrees, but Vansh says that they will not postpone the wedding. He is fine.
He says that no one can stop their wedding.

Natasha is wondering - what if this all stops just like when they were not able to kill Gauri?
What will they do? But the Baba says that nothing can stop them.
He says that he will not live beyong the full moon.

Everyone lets Vansh go - Vaishnavi says that they have to listen to SK, but Vansh says the wedding will happen tomorrow.
Gautam comes there and says they can get married as many times as they want.
But, do them a favour and tell his wife to stop interfering with the orphanage. Without his permission, she will not go there.
Vansh gets mad, and says that he will not Gautam insult Vaishnavi in front of everyone.
Gautam says then Vansh should show her how to obey.
Vansh says that she will not stop Vaishnavi because this is his fault - he is the one who is doing wrong.
Vansh says that Gautam is hiding something about the orphanage. Vansh says Gautam is stopping everyone from going there, but why?

Tantrik Baba is lighting several fires, and says no one can stop them - it's a lonely and abandoned field.
He says that people live there who have no place in the world - they are black magic people.

SK comes down the stairs and says Vansh is right - this is Matarani's house, and Vansh is doing what is right.
SK says that we should all know what is going on, and we have the right to ask if we want to know something.
Vansh says exactly. He doesn't know what they are hiding.

Tantrik Baba and Natasha walk through the field. Natasha is scared. Baba says not to waste time or else they will not be able achieve anything.
Baba starts to sit at one of the fires.

SK says he doesn't understand why they stopped everyone to go there - Gautam says that they are with Vansh and one day, they will regret it.
Gautam says that if he knew that Vansh had so much hate for him, and wants to ruin the family, then he will kill him.
Everyone is shocked.

Episode ends on Gautam's face.

Precap:
Vansh tries to see Vaishnavi before the wedding, and Madhura say that no one can be with Vansh, and that Vaishnavi must come with her.
The haldi is happening and Madhura, Vaishnavi and CM are all dancing.

Comments:
So, as Moksh wanted, Gautam will be blamed for things happening to Vansh instead of Moksh being blamed. It's all working in his advantage.
Gautam and Sanyukta will be ordered to leave the house shortly after the wedding.
I really wish someone would put that Matarani necklace around Vansh's neck or that Vaishnavi would call out to Matarani for help when these things are happening to Vansh. We will have to wait for this to happen on the day of the wedding.
