Yug can't speak hindi??

IN every episodes, yug speaks english as he is from USA but how come he was speaking in the begining of the serial, when he was in USA, he was speaking hindi with his friends and also with his grandfather(VIkram), then why now he came to india and he is only speaking englis?? I am just confused!!😕
