What was the point of Purab?

Why in the hell did Tony and Deeya ever even bring Purab into JJKN if ultimately it was going to be Nandu of all people that Jassi would get help from to make Arman jealous and take revenge on him? They could've just saved us months of agony...I mean why bring in a saaf suthra guy like Purab only to make him turn out to be a jerk in Jassi and the Walia family's eyes?
No offense to Nandu, but why would a wealthy, handsome guy like Arman feel threatened by a geek like Nandu...because he has a Mercedes? Big freaking deal! I find this whole plot very dumb and unbelievable. JJKN is so boring now my finger is always on the remote and I'm switching back and forth between JJKN and Tum Bin Jaoon Kahan on the other channel. I'm just waiting for her stupid make-over (which honestly I don't even care about anymore because I've already seen pictures of what she looks like !)

Yeah I also don't know why Purab was brought in. Perhaps after she has her makeover Purab might return and then she will reject both him and Arman. I will be upset if in the end she goes with Arman because then that will mean that all her anger right now is fake. I also just want them to show her makeover, they r delaying it too much!!!

I am reading the original Betty la .. and it seems like Purab is a charachter who comes into the picture at the very end. When Jassi knows about Arman's plan and she is hurt she resiggnes and give Kohinoor back to him and goes to work with someone else I think it is Nina gupta. While she is on a bussiness trip she meets Micheal(purab) and he treats her very well and also Nina does her make over. When Jassi returns it seems like Gulmohor can't take Kohinoor as if this happens than bank will take both GM and Kohinoor so it is Arman's dad who conviences Jassi to come back as the president of GM. Let me tell you original story is so interesting but Hindi version has been modified and Purab's roll was dragged too much to make money.

Armaan will feel threatened by nandu, not because he has a mercedes. but because jassi is showing too much love for him. armaan is actually not so much worried about his company and money etc.,although he is showing that to raj but he is more worried coz jassi is going away from him and going close to nandu. that is his main problem!!!!he knows it very much that jassi is never impressed by money and position of a man. she is not that kind of woman.

lol....i guess purab was stared in the show to spice things up.....but unfortunately it wasnt for long....and now he's left....but hopefully to return to the show again!!!!.....and bring back the fun of just looking at him!....he was such a sweety.....but not for ditching jassi...atleast before that he was!!!!!!!!!

Baaki sabne tho tameez se jawab diya mere sawaal ka...bas apne hi batameezi se jawab diya. Shayad aap JJKN dekh ke Malika se kuch zada seek rahein hain! 😉
