Part Two... Baarat Aayegi



{Simran (Priyamvada Sawant) is Kasturi's best friend who is married to Ruhaan (Gaurav Khanna)}

"Rishi, why are you standing here alone? Why aren't you helping inside the house with last minute wedding preparation?"

Rishi: Ruhaan, when did you come?

Ruhaan: Just now... and why are you standing out here alone?

Rishi: Nothing

Ruhaan: Are you sure?

Rishi: Yes... lets go inside

Ruhaan and Rishi go inside, but Rishi stops halfway when he see his sister dressed as a bride. Rishi couldn't hide his tears in-front of Ruhaan... Ruhaan consoled him and assured him that everything will go fine.

Rishi agreed with him afterwards they go inside Kasturi's room... to celebrate her 18th birthday.

{Scene Switch to Robbie, Anushka, and Vikas who are helping Robbie get dress}

Anushka: Bro, I think you should where this one?

Anushka picks out a redish-white sherwani for Robbie

Vikas: Anushka, I think this will suit Robbie much better than the one you picked out

Vikas holds up a black sherwani for Robbie

Robbie liked both but didn't know witch to wear

"Oh My God! Where aren't you ready?" asked by his Mami

Robbie: Mami, I don't know what to wear? Vikas says... I should where this black sherwani, but Anu says... I should wear this reddish-white sherwani... so Mami, what should I wear?

KT looked at Robbie... than gave him a box

Robbie: Mami, what's inside this box?

KT: Open it

Robbie opens the box and looked shock

Robbie: Mami, how can I wear this? It belongs to your brother?

KT: I know... it belongs to my brother. I always wanted to see him dress as a groom, but unfortunately... he isn't with us anymore. And I want you to wear it?

Robbie nods his head and comes out wearing his Mami's brother's sherwani

{Scene Switch to Kasturi celebarating her brithday with her family}

Kasturi cuts the cake and feeds her family with tears in her eyes

"Beta, whats wrong?" asked by her Dadi

Kasturi: Dadi, I will never forget this day because I am spending my birthday it with my family.

Kasturi hugged... her grandparents, her parents, her brother, her sister, her friend Simran and Ruhaan who is like another brother for her.

Everyone got emotional with Kasturi's speech and to change the atmosphere Ruhaan starts singing... Babul Ka Ghar

Ruhaan: Babul ka yeh ghar behna
kuch din ka thikana hai
banake dulhan ek din
tujhe piya ghar jaana hai

Kasturi: Babul their baggiyaa ki       
Me to woh kali hu re       
Chood ke teri bugiya mujhe   
Ghar piya kaa sajaana ke

Kasturi hugs her father again with tears

Sagar: Beti ghar babul ke       
Kisi aur ki amaanat he       
Dutoor duniya kaa       
Ham sab ko nibhaanaa he

Kasturi's father hugs her tighter than lets her go

Kasturi: Maya teri aahchal ki       
Me hu kesi gudiyaa re       
Tune mujhe janaam diya       
Tere ghar kyu beganaa he

Kasturi walks up to her mother and hugs her again with tears and non-stop tears

Rishi: Maya pe kyaa beet rahi       
Behnaa tu yeh kyaa jaane       
Kalaeje ke tukde ko       
Ro ro ke bhulaana he

Rishi walks up to them and hugs them tighter afterwards Kasturi lets go of them and wlaks toward Ruhaan who was standing beside Simran.

Kasturi: Bhayaa tere anganaa ki       
Me hu esi chidiyaa re       
Raat ghar bus ek raat       
Subhaa ud jaana he

Ruhaan hugs Kasturi

Rishi: Yaadein tere bachpan ki       
Hum sab ko rulaye gi 

Rishi also hugs them with tears rolling down his face
     
Ruhaan: Phir bhi teri doli ko       
Kandhaa to lagaanna he  

"Baarat Aayegi" annoced by Sanyogita and Simran

just finished reading both the parts..........u've got a very novel approach to the ff......love it.....😳   the story is also very different...........both robbie & kasturi seem like strong minded individuals.........it will be interesting to see how they live with each other after marriage.....😊   Waiting for next part....😳 Edited by swan20 - 15 years ago
