Manohar Babu goes home and asks Sarkar whose husband is Pagal. She and Sapna and Singh also joins and they try to hide the truth from him, when Purshotam comes there and tells him that Uma's husband is Pagal, and he calls out to Namita to tell the truth, Namita shouts at Purshotam, and he tells them that Namita is having an affair with Sambhav. Manohar Babu gets angry and starts beating Namita when she tells them that she is pregnant. Manohar Babu gets a heart attack.
Uma brings Churma for Sudhanshu, he tells her that Amma will get angry, Uma tells him to eat it and she will deal with Amma, when Pooja calls her and tells her to come to the hospital as her father has suffered a heart attack. Uma tells Sudhanshu to stay calm as she is going to the hospital, and leaves, her MIL tries to stop her, but Sudhanshu tells Amma not to stop Uma as her father is not well.
Purshotam is with Dushyant in the office and informs him what he did, Dushyant is happy. Purshotam asks for money with Dushyant gives and leaves. Dushyant thinks that now he will get the chance to remove Bhabi and Sudhanshu.
Uma reaches the hospital. Her father asks her to forgive him, he tells her that he was happy that she was getting married in a rich family and did not try to find out anything about her in-laws nor her husband, and asks her why did she hide the truth from him. Uma tells him that no one can change her destiny, and she was afraid for his health that is why she did not tell him anything and now he is here in the hospital because of her. Her father tells her is not cause of her but because of her sister. Aai tells Uma that Namita is pregnant.
Uma comes out of the room to talk to Namita. Namita is standing in a corner hidden, crying. Uma tells Namita that she had warned her but you (Namita) did not listen. Namita tells Uma that she loves Sambhav and thought that he would marry her, and asks Uma to help her.
Uma goes home and calls out for Sambhav, Sambhav tells her that she has comes with her sister proposal, and as she is from the girls side, she should not shout but talk softly and leaves. Dushyant comes there and tells Uma that he knows what has happened and they both are kids, and that he scolded Sambhav, but he himself wanted to talk to her (Uma) about Sambhav's and Namita's marriage. Dushyant asks Uma to come to the office and they would talk there, as at home Amma can interfere.
Uma visits her father and tells him that Dushyant has called her to the office to talk about Sambhav's and Namitas marriage.
At the office Dushyant is talking with Amma and tells her that things are going according to plan. Uma comes to the office and starts talking about Sambhav and Namita's marriage, when Dushyant calls his manager to bring in some papers, and tells Uma that she should first sign the papers and then they can talk about marriage. Uma questions Dushyant that whats the connection between the two. Dushyant says consider the papers as a marriage agreement, Uma is surprised, Dushyant says just joking.
Dushyant gives the papers to Uma to read and sign, Uma reads them and tells Dushyant that according to the papers, it says that she and Sudhanshu are transferring all their rights not only of business but also of properties to him (Dushyant). They will become "Baydakhal" from business and properties and she will not sign.
Dushyant tells her to take her time to think about it as Sambhav's and Namitas marriage will not take place unless she signs. He tells her not to take so much time that Namita becomes a mother before she becomes a bahu.
Uma shows the papers to Pooja, and tells her that she cannot deprive Sudhanshu of his rights, but is worried about what will happen to Namita.
At the Jajodia house, Dushyant knock on Uma's room door, and asks her for the file, she gives it to him, he checks it and its unsigned. Dushyant tells her to forget about Sambhav's and Namitas marriage. Uma tells Dushyant that if their marriage is to take place it will, and she cannot cheat her husband of his rights.
Uma tells Dushyant that she has a report on the medications which were being given to Sudhanshu and his state is because of those medicines, and she has had the doctor change his medicines. She tells Dushyant that if that report is taken to the police, it can mean a lot of trouble for them. Dushyant is surprised and stunned to hear this and leaves without saying anything.
Sudhanshu tells Uma not to fight with Dushyant and asks her if she is not afraid. Uma tells him that till he is with her she is not afraid not even of Dushyant.
Its night and Uma is standing and thinking when Sanju comes and congratulates her, he tells her that he sees in her the fire to fight for the truth. He tells her that he does not know if truth will win or not, but is glad she is fighting for the truth.
At the hospital, Doctor examines Manohar Babu and tells him is fine and can go home. Aai tells him that Namita is bringing the tea and to be good to her as she is ashamed and has been crying. Namita brings the tea and asks her father for forgiveness.
Uma is giving the new medicines to Sudhanshu, when her MIL brings her medications and tries to stop Uma from giving new ones. Uma tells her MIL that she has told everything to Dushyant. Uma tells her MIL about the report she has of the previous medications being given to Sudhanshu. Her MIL is taken aback and leaves.
Namita calls Uma to inform that Baba is home and also asks about her marriage with Sambhav.
Uma comes with Sudhanshu to visit Baba. Baba looks at Sudhanshu and feels he has wronged Uma. Uma tells Aai that she wants to talk and takes Aai aside, when Baba coughs, Aai tries to go help but Uma stops her. Sudhanshu helps him, puts his hand on Baba's shoulder and asks Singh to bring a glass of water, after Baba has the water, Sudhanshu takes out a hanky from his pocket and gives to Baba. Baba looks at Sudhanshu (I feel there is a little love in eyes and a smile on Baba's lips).
MIL and Dushyant discuss Uma. Dushyant tells MIL that Uma is not prepared to sign the papers. MIL says that what she has waited for 30 years she will not give up. MIL says that Sudhanshu is Uma's weakness and we will use Sudhanshu against Uma, we will Sudhanshu so much pain that Uma will have to give in. Dushyant tells her not to under estimate Uma. MIL says that though Sudhanshu is her son, but when it's a matter of life and death, she will save her life and not Sudhanshu's.
