In the first promo, they show that Bhavna and Sneha know the truth about their Bapuji's fake heart attack and their Mamaji is listening it!!!

In the second promo, Pranav says to Sneha to leave the house but Bapuji stops him!!!

The link between both of them : Mamaji knows that Sneha and Bhavna know the truth so he'll tell it to Mansukh Lal who'll be scared to be exposed!!! Then when Pranav will tell to Sneha to leave the house, Bapuji will stop him so that Sneha doesn't expose him!!!
