Excellent - Does Anurag knows now that he is engaged to Priysnka? Better to have this cleared up as Nania has same info so - still he has to go deal with Priyanka - I still feel Kakol will say no but she will definitely end up as his wife for sure; how and when may take next 2 weeks till end Nov.

Now its his character that will be questioned

Coming to the epi end part is the highlight and I may sound repetitive but Anurag stole the show again..What has happened to the strict and as per kajol kadoos Dr Anurag of the beginning to this anurag..The love ,respect he has for kajol is truly amazing..The blend of emotions he has conveyed in this epi anger,frustration,fear of losing kajol,pain,understanding when she thanked him and he was ready to leave,protective of kajol when noyna kept on nagging and finally the confidence with which he holds her hand in front of her family....well portrayed by karan..

This is the first show I am watching of Karan and I must say he has really surprised me. He is doing a very decent job as Dr. Anurag Basu. And yes Anurag has come a long way from the khadoos doctor to the one who is so emotional for Kajol.

Kajol is the only one who has that effect on him.

Coming to kajol, I hope this the end of her crying,begging for trust and support to her selfish ,ungrateful mother..May be I'm the only one to have this gut feeling kajol will say or do something unexpected regarding anurag proposal which can surprise us audiences..Hoping also creatives brings back her father in this proposal scene else I don't want any of her family members to interfere..

I also feel that her father might be the only one who can convince her for this rishta OR maybe Pishi doing some natak to make her say yes..

I really hope Kajol marries Anurag, becoz her house has become so damn toxic. Her mother and Noyna are beyond any redemption now

Rest of the family are waste of screenpresence be it the siblings and the uncle..same expressions and how the uncle never get any dialogue..Pishima also don't have that authority to stop the drama noyna and her mother do in front of everyone..

So true. All the other siblings are waste of time, so is the Chacha and Chachi . And Pishi.....good heaven, despite being the elder in the family, she always keeps quiet and watches the tamasha

Arjun is also irritated with noyna constant screaming .This guy either will ditch her at the mandap or marry her to make her life hell...Arjun will not succeed in getting his revenge as now Anurag will always be there for kajol and will protect her dignity ,self-respect as his would be wife..This will be a big failure for arjun and noyna was just a pawn to get his revenge but now he will be in a big dilemma..

As usual it's a cliffhanger for the viewers and to keep us on the edge of our seat with one question will kajol accept or refuse his proposal?..I feel though Anurag will express more about his feelings to kajol to lastly the will you marry me all teary eyes..Since he is in love ,anurag is not able to control his emotions when it comes to kajol...

Karan got 2 days to prepare for this character and now he is getting appreciation for portraying Anurag Basu so well..He posted a pic black shirt and beige outfit looking truly suave as Dr Anurag Basu..

Ishita also shared a pic in a pink saree and I hope she too gets to wear more sarees in the show....Ishita/kajol looks really beautiful in sarees..

Let's hope something good and beautiful on the way..

BTW to keep forum more active can someone please create an appreciation thread for anjol..We can discuss more about them and their scenes..

It was expected that Kajol would say NO..... we all know Kajol by now.

What I did expect though was her telling him : why you want to marry me if you already have someone in your life ???

At least she acknowledges that he is a nice person.

This Priyanka shit needs to get cleared ASAP; hopefully they won't waste 3 weeks in clearing that shit up, before anything happens. In the meantime, I want Arjun and Noyna to get married.....

Now this whole Kajol thing will blow up courtesy Chatterjees and buffoon going to force Anurag for Priyanka.

Hopefully IF Priyanka has some self respect or shame left, she refuses, which will make it easier for us, but I don't think she will unless Anurag tells everyone LOUD & CLEAR he won't marry anyone except Kajol.

Hmm I have a theory; Pishi is only adult that will side & support Kajol. I said in one of my earlier posts that Pishi would either go onto Chandanas side to get them to accept Kajol or Pishi really feared being thrown out (silly yes) - but now I think its this...Chandana has chosen Nania & no one will oppose Chandana now esp as she has done a death rite of Kajol & there is no going back from this...so Anurag has proposed & Kajol has rejected proposal.

Pishi knows Kajol is going to be cut off. She has more experience of life and relationships than Kajol & Pishi has read Anurags true intentions despite being told he is engaged to or getting engaged to Priyanka or that there is someone more suitable than for Anurag by Kajol - my theory is that the only way for Kajol to agree to consider a marriage is for Pishi to do some devious drama to convince Kajol to accept Anurag's proposal - and move over to Chandana's side, not to convince family to take back Kajol but to make Kajol feel so abandoned and alone now by the one person she has always gone to - Pishi - this might just explain the montage ...any.other theories are most welcome 🤔

I just looked up this promo, this symbolism is very clear I guess after her father's death she would be left all alone, out in the cold rain all alone. I thought it was the loss of her father and the responsibility that may come with it but now I think it was showing that the whole family will also leave her as she is blamed for her father's death.

I guess this was the plan all along but we are seeing it only now. And Pishima is also in a way following traditional values that you should not interfere between a parent and child. So even though she supports Kajol and even in the most misguided way(the lie she told), she will not go against Chandana and family because she has no right to interfere there.

They better stop with this crap, becoz frankly no one is interested in Priyanka. Her contribution since she came into this show has been less to nothing...so why should she be there ??

Its only during the Durga Pujo that she has been in the limelight the entire week, thanks to absence of Ishita.
