Acts as if she is suffering from chest pain, does a
false fainting - Vaathu goes to pray , the devil woman
smiles - GG comes - hospital - vaathu goes on a guilt
trip saying that if the creepy woman croaks , she has to
answer her creepy son - well the doctor says that senior
creep won't kick the bucket any time soon. GG offers to go
to Ooty - to bring back Thiru ( bring back O bring back O bring

Jothi talking to her darling son. She tells him that she is not really sick, it was just an act to prevent Kasthuri from going to see Thiru. She tells sonny that he will definitely get together with Kasthuri once again, but he looks doubtful ( I guess this is where he starts thinking about how to use this situation to his advantage).

Ganga's husband, Uday, is driving the father and daughter. The daughter, Hema, is worried about being late for her interview. Ganga calls Uday on his cell phone, he answers it the second time she calls, and tells her he is driving and cannot talk. She appears to be a possessive sort, so this is where EK is headed now. The road is closed because the bridge has collapsed, and only two wheelers can go. Uday sees his friend on a two wheeler, goes and talks to him, and takes his bike and drops Hema at her interview site. He wishes her luck, makes an unnecessary speech about confidence and a positive attitude, she drops her folder, he picks it up, she leaves, he calls her chellama Hema, explains that he saw her name on the folder (hmm, some quick work) and wishes her luck. Now my suspicions are confirmed, this will be the next twist, and EK will milk this for some time. Deivame, ennai paarungal, why do you let EK go on like this? My apologies to whoever wrote the original song.

Ooty - a grumpy Forest Officer is barking at his employee. Ganesh comes in, asks about Thiru, and the FO looks at the photo, confirms that he was in the hospital but says that he was discharged, fully cured, in two or three days and he left the place. Ganesh is dejected and leaves the place. The employee asks the FO why he said that when Thiru was not cured and has gone with the retired guy, and FO says that if he had said that, then he would have been asked for the address and other unnecessary stuff.

Ganesh returns to Chennai where Kasthuri is tending to Jothi in the hospital. K is excited on seeing Ganesh and asks about Thiru, she runs to the door and looks for him, and then returns, visibly dejected. Ganesh says that Thiru was not there. Jothi looks pleased.

Update - Friday 6th November 2009

Kasthuri asks GG for Thiru, GG replies that he was cured and was discharged from Ooty. The people at the Forest Office said so, he says. Kasturi wonders howcome he has not come then? Wonders if he was again kidnapped by Soma... GG says he would come back to be positive... SS gives a kadukadu look.. Jothi acts as if she became alright after GG's words.. GG and vaathu go to speak to the doc regarding discharge. Jothi heaves a sigh of relief, thanking God and all smiles.

Nandini and Thiru walking around.. Nandhini asks what he is thinking about? He says he neither knows his past nor his future.. what else can he think but about them. Nandini wants to know what he is thinking about her. He walks away, a man on a motorbike.. Nandhini forces him to tell.. and he compares her to Goddess. Ammaam, naama koopitta andha ashta lakshmiyum solli ivan describe panraan.. kodumai.. Nandhini laughs. The man on the bike with two pillion riders stares at Nandhini...The Man on the bike is addressed as Manohar by the pillion thadiaaLs.. Manohar wants to know about the new person talking with Nandhini.. One adiaaL tells he has been brought by FO.. they want to know more about Thiru. After reaching the library Thiru waits out, while Nandhini goes in. Manohar reaches there, and introduces himself and the two thadiaaLs as savalai and muthu. He asks if Thiru is a visitor of FO, he assents. They ask for his name.. he gives a philosophical smile.. yes yes, nambalamaadhirithaan.. Manohar leaves in a huff saying he will know about him in future. Nandhini is back and they leave.

Hema, comes looking for Udaykumar to his office. This track is irritating.. what is not in this serial... She gives sweet to uday saying she got the job. He is all praise of her.. A driver comes in who has been dismissed because of drunken driving. Kumar the driver asks for forgiveness, but in vain. Hema comes out and jollu vittufies through the glassdoor.

Central Prison, Manohar is waiting for someone who walks with his back towards the camera.. Manohar calls him mama, and says this time he will get bail soon. Mama has been in prison for 6 months for some murder.. Manohar wants to know if Nandhini will get married to him, Mama promises Nandhini for Manohar. Tells about Thiru... Dei shouts mama...
