Shubba, As you said, 'Now the underlying basic fact why TA and Lav cannot be compared in this case' You are very true when you say, based on what we have seen TA has been much more morally superior than his sister. (Do we have to praise Laav just because she by her behavior could make TA seen in a better color?) Still even with his naiveness, trusting of XXX etc. do not mean he could go to the level of divorce. Even if he is morally superior he failed to see his wife's POV and he didn't see how to save the marriage and went to the level of divorce which surely is for no reason. This becomes a blot in his character despite all the good in him. What he spoke to T also was really harsh.

His words or activities can never be justified unless and until he proves otherwise with his behaviour here on. Like T, viewers have consideration on TA for the reason for his good deeds earlier, his selfless nature, helpful nature and so many positive qualities, inspite of his negatives being rushing up with things, naiveness etc. T sees only his good deeds and she very well knew TA was used up with his weekness by the evil gang and hence she never thought of getting rid of TA...his good deeds saved him, knowing the fact, had it not been TA, T would not be in a position how she is and her education too wd have been a q?...so T knows why and what made him do all these, she waited for him to come down to call her...her stand at this time was just awesome...she does not lose her self respect same time does not want to punish TA too...
The same fact is applied to Lav too from T's pov...she helps ppl only with the good deed they have/had and she is so true to her character, and hence her consideration to help Lav...but Lav sees these deeds otherwise is the point here.
Its not TA's turn to realise how much he hurt T and redeem his lost position and make T more comforatable and happier.
Lav need not be praised at all...she has always been a selfish character...she chose T only for the reason, she can be dominant wrt her which was not possible with sudha...there too some internal ideas were working...she got a mobile phone as a bribe for this too...Should say Lav only urupadiyana nalla work was to show T to TA...and thanks to anand for making it possible...😛
