Today's episode was so funny!🤣 In fact I was nearly rolling on the floor laughing every time GW and her dream DIL Charu showed up on the screen. I just found it ironic that Charu wants to separate TA&Thuls, but spends more time romancing with her "athai".😆First urrupadia oru plan panninga, then celebrate.😛
Poor Deepa, problems are forming all around her😔. First there is her cancer struck daddy (who is undoubtedly the best parent on the whole show) and her mean (but well meaning) mother. Than there is her daddy's boss, Bhuvana's suspicions. And as always, Deepa also helps Thuls deal with her problems. Now Kanagu is turning into a new torture😡. As of this moment, Kanagu and Mohan are on the same level to me🤢. Both want to force girls who have practically no interest in them to love them. That as Deepa stated, is not love.
I sincerely dislike Kanagu's methods of expressing his love👎🏼 (he is basically trying to force Deeps to reciprocate his love)😒. I have a hunch that it might just be Kanagu's persistence that may join D&P. I can imagine a scenario where Kanagu mistakes Prabha for Deepa's lover/boyfriend (or whatever else) and may harass Prabha. This in turn will anger Bhuvana, who will dish out attacks against Deepa's father, which in turn will cause Deepa to dislike Kanagu more. I hate how easily Kanagu is being manipulated by Anand😡.
Yet, at the same time I have to grudgingly appreciate the evilness of Anand👏. Instead of acting stupidly (like GW + Charu), he came up with a plan which will hurt TA & Thuls no matter what the end result. Either Deepa or Kanagu are going to end up hurt in the end. I would hate to see the day when the 3 deviant souls form a band (GW + Charu + Anand= viewers' collective nightmare). Hopefully, Bujima uses her rowdy ties to whip her hubby into shape!😆
However one thing is for certain; if Deepa has a sudden change of heart and starts loving any boy, my respect for her will dramatically decrease.
Anyways, on to the fun part. TA, are you a genius or an idiot? I think you are an (drum-roll please)...idiot savant!😆 All of your actions for this week are forgiven, because you single-handily made up for all of GW and Charu's mistakes. Goodness gracious, how those two were scheming! I think the best moment by far, was when TA brought in Thuls and the expressions on GW & Charu just shifted. It was as if their worlds had come collapsing down at the sight of Thuls!😃
But I still felt bad for Thuls, none of TA's family even gave face to her. They all ignored her. That GW is too much. How the hell can you lie without flinching to the elderly storekeeper that Charu is the DIL and Thuls is just some random stranger😡? Would GW tolerate it if Charu's family did that to Lav? It was just cruel how GW and Charu are strategically bullying poor Thuls. But I liked how in this episode, Thuls kind of just shrugged it all off and was totally chill about the whole situation.
Thuls's composure really won me over today and probably irritated the hell out of GW and Charu. I was really happy to see that as much as her "in-laws" ignored her, she didn't let it bother her to much.👏The cherry on top to this great episode, was when TA walks in and tells his mom to open the new sari for his wife's birthday...and it turns out to be the exact same one she bought for the females in her so-called family. That was the PERFECT nose cut to GW and Charu😃!
Money troubles are starting to haunt TA again. The bank manager was so nice in the way he asked TA and clearly stated his position. It was obvious that the bank manager was talking to TA as a last resort. The friendship between the two is more like father and son😊, rather than manager and employee. This was a nice sentimental touch to the episode, though the news wasn't exactly the best😔. I strongly believe that TA is going to find some way to pay back the money and conduct his sister's marriage without resorting to Charu and her father.
He is probably going to get his old bank job back and start working overtimes to make ends meet. But knowing TA and his helpful spirit, somebody he helped will probably come back to help him. The same scenario could also apply to Thuls as well. Anyone she helped, could come back to help TA's money problem. Just one question, if Charu's family is so rich...why are they still expecting things (a.k.a. dowry) from Lav's house😒?
At the conclusion of the episode, no one invites Thuls in, and her disappointment was obvious. At this point I just tuned out the conversations between GW and her psycho. But, I was still angry😡 when GW and Charu made up a stupid excuse to not take an arathi when Thuls was standing at the entrance. But it quickly evaporated when Lav (finally) invites Thuls in and she uses her right foot (symbolic, much?) to enter the house. Try your best GW, no one can chase Thuls out now😃!
What do you guys think will happen in the house? Personally, I think there are going to be a lot of subliminal insults from GW and Charu but Lav will warm up to Thuls (after clearing out some misconceptions). Hopefully, GW and her psycho will clam up until TA takes Thuls home (or preferably to the temple😍).
P.S I also really appreciated the fact that TA didn't mention Deepa to Thuls. He correctly realized that accusing his wife's best-friend in front of his family and Charu was probably not the best idea. So props for that!👍🏼 I also have conflicting feelings regarding Lav. Is she good to Thuls or is she bad for Thuls? I think that Lav in general is a good person who has a good opinion on Thuls. However, being around her mommy & Charu, overhearing part of Thuls's conversation with TA and nearly losing a good proposal is corrupting her opinion😔. Lav will be all better when she starts spending less time with her mommy & Charu and starts spending more time with her brother and new anni!👍🏼
