At what age did you begin to sing, and who is your role model? Athu oru periya kadhai.. started off when I was 6, sang for about 2 years, athukkulla had to stop cos of my critical tonsilitis stage where I vomitted blood and all 😭 didn't sing for abt 6-7 yrs.. and randomly started singing when I was 16.. so it has been 5 yrs so far.. 😊
Role model in music naa..
Carnatic - MS Subbalakshmi cos she's just purely divine and soo simple... Her music speaks what it should.. She was the only Bharat Ratna recipient out of sooo many awesome singers.. they gave her for a reason you know.. 😊
and playback/other music nu sonna - its always ARR - The man!! He's a genius and has struggled sooo much and achieved amazing stuff thru his hard work all these years, and yet he is still the very humble and v simple ARR and attributes all his success to God.!! He's an inspiration man!! 👏
Role model generally in life naa - My mother. She's been my pillar of strength right from my childhood, has shared my happiness and sorrows.. She's been my closest friend and guide, and I swear, I can't even do a quarter of all the stuff she does! She's a nadamaadum knowledge book so i'm perpetually learning loads from her.. She's a gift from God and I'm eternally grateful to her.. 😊 O.o romba serious aayiducho?? 😆

1) Give tips on how can u make a "KARUGATHA DOSAI"

ada paavi akka, enakke aapa?? normal method liye pannalaam provided i dun keep running to and fro the kitchen to talk to some people.. 😛

2) someone has stolen something from u....u found it.....

how will u scold them......(No harsh words, no sarcasam, no bad words)?????? But still u have to scold them.....

blaaaaaadee naaaaansensee of the fooooool of the idiyaaaaaat! 😆

3) If u are in charu's shoes....how will handle T and T?????

(one condition TA va vitukuduka koodathu u shd be obsessed with TA)

First step is to be aware that i'm obsessed.. and distract myself with other things to forget him.. its painful but no other choice.. my policy is to live, and let live 😊

4) U are forced to acheive a ranking in university, and there is another condition that u cant watch thendral??? what will u do???

IF la irukra updates a padichu therinjukrathu.. it barely takes a few mins to read the updates and comments, i dun think ill lose anything much if i focus in the rest of the time i have..😃

5) what if u are locked in a room and forced to watch romance scenes between charu and TA amma continuously.........

(U are not allowed to sleep, talk, eat, no scolding).........If U watch this for a whole day then u can watch thndral everyday ..........there will be a relaxation to question no 4

I've mastered the act of switching off with eyes open and can go into that mode easily, so no problem.. 😛

6) what will be ur reaction to Thendral if there are no romantic scenes between T and T for 2 months(thought of writing 5 months.......i know we cant stand for even a week without T and T.....but still i want to know ur reaction)

7) what if there is a computer breakdown when u watch a most expected romantic scene between T and T after 2 months break from Thendral(cont from q no 6)

8) what if u get a call from your favourite celebrity and finally u find its a prank call??????( How will u chase out the person????)

9) Give tips on how to improve voice for becoming a good singer...........he he he

wrong qn to ask me cos i also want to know the ans!! 😆 it differs from person to person.. but personally, practising everyday is a must, not talking too loudly, not taking ice cream/cold water.. but some ppl do all this and still have nice voices.. i guess it depends on ur body physiology.. 😊

10) Whom do u consider your best friend in IF???????? ha ha ha

Everyone is sweeet and best friend nu yaarum illa.. but my closest friends are niki, ranu, hema, shammu and yourself 😛 the rest of them are still my friends whom i dunno as well as i know these people.. 😃 soo vaanga pazhagalaaammm 😉

11) Whose update you like the most in Thendral section???

only one updater should be chosen........

Frankly, everyone is doing a fantastic job and I really appreciate the updaters for all the pains they have taken to write an update and for all their contributions soo far and I understand how difficult it is to sit thru and write an update whether its a lousy or awesome episode, so hats off to all the updaters! 👏👏 personal favorite nu sollanumna, its melz.. 🤗

12) write an update from your POV for the romantic scenes between T and T for Tuesday's episode ...i mean for (21/9/2010) If u want un karpanai valathai ithula sethukalam...parkalam how romantic u are

😆😆Kadavulee... Can i make this thread M18 since there're minors here too?? 😛 Ok so Tamil calls Thulz again and says he wants to see her immed but she firmly refuses.. So he decides to go to her place at midnight and peeps into her room thru her window and whispers "kutti maaaa, chellomm endhri ma.." and she suddenly wakes up and is all shocked and asks "inga enna panreenga..??".. He asks her to come out and she slowly gropes her way thru the dark and opens the door.. He's standing there with a bouquet of pretty roses and she's all surprised and asks "ethukkunga ithellam??" and he says "ellam unakku thaan.. vaangikko" and she hesitantly accepts them with a sweet smile on her face.. oru chinna eye lock and vekkam session happens.. 😉 and he tells her "nee pesinatha paathu enakku romba kashtama poyiduchu so I immed wanted to see u.. athanaala thaan naa inga vandhen.." and insists that they go to a restaurant.. She refuses saying that people at home may mistake if they come to know but he's very firm and adds that she has to come or he'll scream and wake everyone up.. 😆 So, left with no choice, she agrees.. hero kick starts his bike and zoooooom they end up in this pretty candle light dinner (intha bike scene kaaga evlo naal kathukitirukkom 😳) Thuls is all awe struck and cant blv her eyes cos she hasnt been to such places b4.. so she starts sobbing.. and he comes near her, wipes off her tears, pats her on the head and tells her not to worry and that he'll always be there for her.. and reminisces the time he first saw her, the time he fell in love with her, how much he loves her and how lucky he is to have gotten her as his wife..😉 and she's like "pothumga enna pugazhndhadhu" with a vekkam on her face.. 😃 He tries to get closer but she pushes him off gently and says that he should get a house for themselves soon b4 all these things happen and asks him to drop her off at her place, before ppl find out.. So back in her house, he kisses her on her forehead 😳 and Thulz tells him that she'll see him in the morning.. He leaves the place reluctantly..

1) U are travelling somewhere........Ur flight is at 11:00 .....U reach the airport at 10:30.......... u had done a web check in........but still u are not allowed to board the flight .........

U argue with them with so many rules and question.....finally they get sick at your questions and agree to board you but with two conditions...they say the flight is already taxing.....which one will u chose.....remember u have to travel desperately......

choices

a) U have to run behind the flight , like bus la running la erara mathiri and if someone sees you are running behind, if they wish they can stop and u can get in

b) U can stand at the runway show your hand and if the pilot notices you he can stop and make u board,............bus a kai kamichu erikara mathiri
B) I wont go and run after the flight and all, most to most ill just wait for the next flight.. flightukka panjam.. 😆

About Thendral:

I. What is the USP of Thendral in your point of view (TT, the whole casting, Story etc..)?

My first set of questions to my Priya darling😳.

1. You are given a chance to sing a film song (only one)...and you can choose the music director you wanna work with out of the following four composers: ARR, Harrish Jeyaraj, Ilaiyaraja, YSR...which one would you pick and why?
The one and only ARR!! I like the freedom he gives singers and is not very rigid on how you should sing.. He makes way for more creativity..

2. Same question like the first one...you again have been given a chance to sing a duet for a movie.
Which male singer would be your choice out of the following singers and why: Haricharan, Karthik, SPB, Jesudaas and Hariharan
aahaa.. ellarume pudikkume... but ill go with Karthik cos his voice is really gahhh and I think my voice would go well with his..

3. You have attended two music classes of the famous singer Bombay Jeyashree....one of your favourite singers. If you had a chance to do a "Katcheri" with her...would you use that chance or not.If not why?
Of course! When opportunity knocks on your door, you should use it!

4.I know your voice is exactly like BJ's...how do you see it....is it good or bad in your POV?
Its both good and bad.. I'm delighted when ppl compare me with BJ, but a singer also needs his own individuality to sustain for a longer period of time..

5.You are a die hard fan of ARR...do you like his songs of 90's or latest 20's and why?
I love all ARR songs but his 90s works are my all time favorites!!! Roja still remains one of his best!!! 😃

6. I heard you singing various songs like melody, western and folk song. I just love when you sing melody songs and i think they suit you the most. What do you think...which type of song is apt for your sweet voice?
hmmm I think melody and carnatic stuff suit me the most but i'm trying to work on my versatility.. 😊

7. If you have to sing a song with vulgar lyrics...would you accept it or not and why?
Hmm it depends on the degree of the vulgarity.. if the music really really appeals to me, then i won't mind.. ultimately, i go for the music and not the lyrics 😃

Finally....when are you going to sing a song for all the Thendral forum members or better for all the IF members. I am eagerly waiting for that Priya 😳. soon soon kaathukonde iru..
