It isnt related to that... Its just rare to some vampires... It doesnt happen with all vampires

I liked Stefan from the first episode. I even liked Elena, god knows why because she has become the most despised character on my list. I like Damon but I only adore Dalaric in this show. I'm not really interested in any of the other couples/pairings. Elena has pretty much ruined Stelena and even Delena for me. I kept going back and forth between Stelena and Delena, but Elena's character makes me think that none of the Salvatore brothers should end up with her. I mean, the girl couldn't make up her freaking mind for most of season three. I just stopped watching the episodes and only read the recaps online. I liked Damon and Rose, they were cute and Damon truly cared for her though he didn't love her.I hope Katherine comes back. She'll add some spice to the show. Katherine may have strung Damon along and played with his feelings but I do think she truly loved Stefan. But after hooking up with Elena, Stefan kept rejecting Katherine which made her even more volatile. She tried to get intimate with Damon because of Stefan's rejection and because she thought she still had some power over Damon. I hope the producers decide to bring the character of Katherine back unless he has died. Nina was always amazing as Katherine.

Oh. I so miss Katherine. I loved her. She definitely had a spark. There are only few characters who adds spark and humor to the show, they are Damon, Katherine, Klaus, Elijah. I really like them. Without them TVD would be so freaking serious supernatural drama. And fortunately, I never have to jump between Stelena to Delena coz I never liked Stelena. From pilot episode, there was a fog, a crow, a man and very mysterious love story, I immediately loved Damon's track. All mysterious, dark thing works for me. And I have invested 3 seasons in Delena. I believed in their deep understanding and friendship.

Elijah was one of my favorites too. It's too bad he's gone. I don't really like Klaus but in Season 4 episode 7, I liked his conversation with Caroline and actually started liking his character. I gradually started liking Damon in season 1, but Elena is just too annoying to bear. And since season 3 I've gotten bored with this show. I was so invested in season 1 and 2 and then came season 3 and while some episodes were good, the others fell flat for me. Most of the characters I liked are either dead or gone - Alaric, Elijah, Katherine.

Well, I liked Elijah too and I miss him. He was a man with the words and moral. My favorite original. And I know Klaus is bad but I like him as an Individual esp after knowing his past. His father was a real douche bag, he treated him like crap and that's why Klaus is like this. And I so love Klaroline. They make good pair. For me season 3 was interesting as originals were introduced. Exactly, most of the good characters are gone - Alaric, Elijah. I don't even wanna start about Dalaric. I miss them the most.

I miss Dalaric the most too. I loved season 3's finale episode but it also made me so sad. Alaric's death in the finale brought Damon pain because he knew that if Alaric is dead, that means Elena is dead. But then Elena became a vampire and was "undead" but she was still there and there was no more Alaric. I loved the scene from the graveyard in season 4 (forgot the episode) where Damon was speaking to Alaric's grave and then Alaric says "I miss you too buddy." That just made me so heart broken. And then the other scene I liked was when Elena went to meet Damon at the Grill and took Alaric's seat but he told her "Seat's taken." It was cute, that for Damon no one could take Alaric's place, not even Elena.
