hi i m new to this forum not exactly coz i was a silent reader here this is my first post in this forum and first very long post. (it took away most of my tym)
read all the comments on fb and on this forum so i felt lyk writin dis
i wont tell which of the two couples(DE or SE) i ship coz it ll destroy the whole perspective of u guys reading it
so lemme start Stefen we know how he saved elena from drowning in the river and when he officially met elena his humanity was turned on and he was all gud as much as elena didnt even realize he was a vampire for few days whereas when damon returned to mystic falls he was termed as a 'bad' guy obviously coz his humanity was turned off
den SE confessed their feelings of love and started callin it true love. damon started having feelings for elena and kissed her well katherine but from his and our pov and elena (katherine) kissed him back i was damn shocked when i saw dat if it wld have been elena i wld have definately stopped watching tvd but it was katherine thankfully and obviously
in season 3 stefan went wid klaus to save his brother coz he loved him. klaus forced him to turn off his humanity but still he didnt forget elena coz he loved her but when elena saw darker side of him she broke up wid him but still did not give up on him
so elena and damon were alone which gave them chance to explore each other. elena got to explore damon widout stefen being around and started having feelings for him coz damon was becoming a gud guy and he was and always has been there 4 her but wid stefan around she didnt realize dat. but v saw in the last epi, she came 2 noe how damon did not change from bad to gud rather he was ALWAYS gud just dat at times vampire nature dominated him. and god knows y ppl r sayin dat she betrayed stefan😕 when she kissed damon, come on she was not even committed to stefen at the tym she kissed him (so please she is not at all like katherine) and cant she have feelings for someone else or has the some1 passed some order dat if u commit urself and call dat true love den u cannot think bout any1 else when dat person leaves u😕
now leave elena lets just think of a general case at times v meet some special person and think dat he/she is the right one and v commit ourselves later when v get a chance of exploring our relationship wid someone else we realize dat v were wrong dat person seemed rite coz v never explored our relationship wid some1 else and gave any1 else a chance later v realize v were wrong dis is one of the reasons y divorces happen
dats fine elena called her love wid stefan to b true coz she felt he was perfect for him but now after giving damon a chance she realizes dat he is no less than perfect for her and this has created a lot of confusion in her mind coz earlier she thot it was only stefan now she thinks its damon as well
therefore she is not able to make a proper decision
thinking bout who deserves elena i think both of them equally deserve her. they both have done equal gud and bad things v cannot justify any1 here. v cannot say dat stefan's saved her or did not kill any of her family members (well he did when he turned into a vampire he killed almost everyone in the founding family for revenge) or did not sleep wid anyone else when he was angry so she shld choose him come on dat r not even the reasons to choose him. but stefan sacrificed so much to save his brother almost everything, dat shows how gud he is
and dat elena shld choose damon coz he is the one who is always hurt v all noe dat is not always true he is not the only 1 many others r hurt as well. so again dat is not a rsn elena shld go for damon but y she shld not go wid damon coz he killed jeremy (he did dat coz he was feeling very sad after hearing from kath and elena dat it is always goin to be stefan) or he slept wid any1 whenever he was frustrated (he was not committed to elena so its not lyk he was not being loyal to her or something) is way too stupid
but v always knew how damon has cared for elena and has always been there for her but elena realized dis after stefan went away. all the good qualities bout damon came in forefront. she had known stefan but now she had started knowing damon. and more and more she knew him, deeper the feelings she developed for him. DE relationship has evolved slowly and now v see a lot more passion in their relationship ( personally i want DE to b together😉 coz they just complete each other but m not biased towards any1)
there was a reason y stefan and damon did whatever they did.none of them can b justified over another they both equally deserve her but it is upto her whom she chooses but v know in the process one of the brothers ll b hurt😭

lastly i wld like to ask u all what if damon had met elena first with his humanity turned on wld she have fallen for him like she did for stefan?
