OMG. THE SEASON FINALE is on fire
"The Vampire Diaries" Season 2 finale, "As I Lay Dying," and they're making us nervous. While our favorite characters struggle with the fall-out from Klaus's sacrifice on the night of the full moon, the rest of Mystic Falls remains oblivious -- and even throws a town event.
This time, it's a screening of "Gone With the Wind" in the town square. If you remember, Elena found the novel beside Damon's bed the first time she saw his bedroom -- but judging by the photos, he's not exactly going to be able to kick back and critique the adaptation.
Damon (Ian Somerhalder) appears to be leaning heavily on Elena (Nina Dobrev) in one of the photos, and considering it takes a lot to injure a vampire, we're a little worried about him!
Our one consolation? Caroline doesn't appear to be grieving in this photo, so we're hoping that means that Matt (Zach Roerig) and Tyler (Michael Trevino) survive this season. Neither of them appears in the season finale.
